I wanted to purchase a protective screen for my phone. I went to Verizon and they said they didn’t have any for the Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge. Well that sucks. They suggested going next door (Best Buy mobile). I guess they don’t carry much accessory items here at the store in Arden Fair Mall. Not worth a trip unless you need a phone. They have phones on display for you to look at.

The absolute worst customer service ever. Was at the mall and needed Verizon’s help. Literally stood in line over an hour behind a completely helpless 60+ year old woman trying too hard to be in her 20’s, waiting patiently while the employee indulged her every question w in-​depth answers all the while 5 ppl in line behind her. The rep wouldn’t even make eye contact with the other customers in the store. He knew what he was doing. Spending wayyyy too much time with one customer attending to her adolescent needs. FRICKIN UNBELIEVABLE!!! The rep’s name was Curtis. Hope you got a date outta that, Curt!
Btw…I’m also contacting your district or regional manager about your so-​called customer service. Good luck dude.
