Shopped Brighton for the first time in Maui. Liked the quality and purchased a few things. Wish I would not have because I do not live in Maui, I live in CA. This store is very condescending should you need to return anything at all. And the other person from Lincoln is correct if you buy at Roseville and return at Arden you have somehow committed a cardinal sin. When you are spending money they are icky sweet. Try to return something and you are suddenly pond scum — but wait — WHATHAPPENEDTOBRIGHTON? Also when I purchased my handbags and was told I should bring them in at the end of the season and they would be sent to the factory, reconditioned, vacuumed etc right? Then why did the staff here turn up their nose when I brought my slightly used bags in for the tune-up? They didn’t «need» it but it was complimentary so why wouldn’t I use it? I did like the quality of the product when shopping in Whalers Village, Maui. But I won’t shop there again. I only shop quality handbags so I’ll stick with Nordstrom’s thank you very much. Brighton — you’ve got some stuck up snooty middle aged women who think that because they are working there they are really something — I’ve been treated better but never worse and management here is AWFUL. Makes me feel a little better that it’s not just me. I hope they go out of business soon. No store deserves it more. How dare you treat people as you do and think it is ok. My friends and I have vowed to turn up our noses at you from here on out — if we have extra time we’ll cruise thru your store, look at a few things, turn up our nose and waltz out no ch-ching here. Not spending my money here to be treated like I did something wrong by coming in with my item and receipt. sheesh. Hope you go under soon.
