Great service here! I was able to purchase and pick up an engraved item on the same day. I spoke with different staff throughout the day, and each was able to take care of any questions and concerns I had very nicely and very professionally. This will be my go-to place for all future executive gifts that I need to procure for work-related events.

I bought a necklace there about 8 months ago and the clasp that held together my pendant to my chair became worn and didn’t hold them together anymore. I took it in to see if I could rebuy he clasp. The lady in the back took my necklace told me to wait about 5 mins. She came out 30 seconds later and repaired the piece for free. I’m very thankful because the necklace was a gift from my husband when we found out I was pregnant.

Horrible customer service! I called just about everywhere looking for Unity Candles for my wedding. Unfortunately, this was the only place that sold them. I was mislead to believe that the candles were $ 25. So my mother and I decide to make a trip to the mall to check them out. I browsed the very small wedding section they had. I politely asked the sales lady about other candle/holder options. This beezy had the nerve to act all annoyed with me. Couldn’t be live it! I tried to brush it off and browse around since I couldn’t decide whether or not to get a cake cutter set and champagne glass set as well. When I finally decided to just get just the unity candle, this beezy tells me that they don’t sell it separately and that I had to buy the $ 85 candle holder to get the $ 25 unity candles. That shit does not make sense! I told her that I spoke with someone over the phone and they had said that the candles were $ 25 and that I could purchase them. She did nothing for me. She then proceeds to clock out and leave since her shift was over and had another lady take over the purchase. Unbelievable! I will NEVER go to this Things Remembered location again!!! And you shouldn’t either! The Roseville location is bigger and customer service is better. Obviously, this location has ghetto unprofessional staff.

Beware of the recommended premium fonts: I had purchased 4 bracelets and had them engraved with the«premium» fonts so it will be darker and stand out more but they were so thin and could hardly read the name, then they recommend to color for additional fee for each(what a rip off). Service at this place is so bad and they do not pay attention to detail which they should be!!!

Me and my friend came here to get graduation gifts for several other people. We got the business card holders and my friend got shot glasses to be custom engraved. Their products look really nice, but their quality of service is horrible! We waited about 30 minutes for the engraving to be done, only to find out in horror that they had misspelled our it! They offered to re-do it, but that particular business card holder happened to be the LAST one AND discontinued. We took a look at our order form to see if we had actually misspelled it ourselves, but no, the words were very clear. Not only that, they mistook a «S» for a «G» how in the world do you make that mistake?!
