I order a steak burrito supreme and there was no steak plus the workers were rude. It’s these kind of workers that give fast food places like Taco Bell and McDonald’s etc a bad name. It’s not the food that is bad it’s the workers that make the food terrible.

Is it just me of is the food here much small then other Taco Bells? I come here because it’s down the street from my workplace. I was willing to deal with the poor food and service but after today I will no longer be going there. I gave a 10 and the cashier (who said she was new) put it down as a 5 so my change was a dollar and a couple of cents. I was wondering why it costs so much for a beefy crunch and a baja blast freeze. Never again.

I have been to this location before and had a great experience.
On this trip I have over a 10 minute wait for 3 soft tacos.
There was also a homeless man sitting in the corner taking up 3 tables with all of his belongings. I felt uncomfortable waiting forever for my food.
Staff is very nice and friendly and location is fairly clean.

I swear this place always messes up my order. I’ll order a bean burrito with no onions and extra cheese, and i end up with no cheese and extra onion. The soda never has enough syrup amd the owner is a d*ck. Oh and my burrito last night had a piece of plastic in the last bite. Disgusting.

I work evenings about a block away and usually need something quick to eat for lunch. It seems every time around 11-​midnight this particular location never has any chalupas available. I’ve been here a good 15 – 16 times and not once have they had any available. I asked the girl about it last night and she informed me that they ran out and were expecting a delivery the next day. They either need to fire whoever does inventory or the night staff is too lazy to prepare a little extra. Probably going elsewhere from now on.

I’m pretty much here everyday! I eat lunch here because I work nearby. They’re always polite and have not once got my order wrong. Food is always fresh, just like the remodel. Although recently I’ve noticed they don’t leave the hot sauce out any more. I guess people are wasting it or taking too many? WTH? I’m pretty much a regular. So I’d recommend it to all. Godbless

I have been there 3 times this week since it’s down the street from my house and everytime I’ve gone there I’ve had to have them remake my food because they are half assing it. The food is poorly out together and very skimpy. The last time I went 2 nights ago I ordered 2 crunch wraps. One came out hard as leather and the other had nearly no meat. I asked them to remake them, the short heavy set Asian girl gave me attitude and told me to just throw the others out. When they were remade they were the same exact way. I won’t be coming to this Taco Bell anymore it’s full of snotty teenagers goofing off.

Came to try the food out at this newly built taco bell. While the building was new and it was nice, I think the crew was also new, not nice. I ordered through the drive through wich seemed to take a long time. The cars kept piling up. By the time I got to the front a stressed out looking teenager took my card. I noticed a lady walk into the store complaining about a drink she ordered. He hands né my food and Im on my way back home. I live about two miles from here. As soon as I get home I separate the food and start to eat. My hard shell tacos were already getting soggy… These had to have been pre made for another order. Hope these guys can learn to get it together soon.
