THIS SUBWAY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! There is nothing appetizing about a woman with a beard and mustache making me a sandwich with no cheery disposition or good customer service. I will never stop here again. Its a subway franchise ran by those that don’t care about nothing but how much is in the register at the end of the night.

This is the worst Subway by far in the area. I work for the county 2 minutes away but I refuse to go to this one after repeated horrible service. They are shady, charge extra for all kinds of things, they always find a way to not honor current promos and they’re rude. I wish I could give zero stars. I wrote to corporate once because they refused to honor a promo last summer (for like the 3^rd time) and was told they would pass along my feedback to the owners. No surprise that I never received an acknowledgment. Anyway the one that is on Truxel and Del Paso in the Raley’s parking lot is outstanding. I always go there when I crave Subway. They are friendly, efficient and always happily honor all the promotions and specials.

My boyfriend and I eat at Subway at least once a week simply because it’s convenient, cheap, and decent. We stopped at this Subway yesterday on our way out of town and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. My boyfriend ordered the breakfast sandwich like he usually does. This location charges .75 cents more for ordering eggs after 11am. Umm, what?!! Okay fine. I order my sandwich and they ask if I want it toasted. I said no, so they got me a different bread roll. They said they save the soft bread for toasted sandwiches. Again, what!!! They were out of cucumber. Hmm, okay. You’re a sandwich place, and you weren’t busy at all, keep your main ingredients stocked! What normally costs us $ 11, costed us $ 18 because this location charges more. Weird! Last, as we were leaving I threw my soda away but my boyfriend refilled his. The lady said, «sir, we only allow one refill per visit.» He politely told her it was his first refill. She said, «oh I’m sorry, I must have confused it with your girlfriend.» I never even refilled my soda! This is the worst Subway. They will close down soon if they don’t remodel their business practice.

I always eat at subways but i will never go back here because the customer service is terrible. They tax you when you order a cold sandwich to go which no other subways charges you. By law only if you eat inside or get it heated can they charge you tax. Also they are stingy with there vegetables and if you ask for more they would talk in there foreign language about you which i believe is unprofessional and racist.

Really poor service here. The two indian girls that made our sandwiches were really rude and made our sandwiches crappy. The restaurant was empty when we came in and all the tables were dirty. We also found a hair in one of the sandwiches

The service here is really bad. I was there today and the two women working there kept giggling and speaking in a foreign language. I had a feeling they were talking about me because they were looking at me while doing so. They also didn’t mind speaking to each other while I was ordering, and as a result she messed up my order.
Do yourself a favor and go to any other Subway in the area (3 close by).

It’s subway. The only to rate this location is based on staff and food prep. Other than that, it’s just another subway.

I’ve been to this subway a couple of times and it wasn’t too bad but today was not a good experience. The Indian girl who made my sandwich was throwing all my condiments on my bread and it was all on one side. I had to go home and fix the sandwich myself. I know subway isn’t a gourmet sandwich shop but at least make it a little even. They barely had any produce and I saw nats flying around. And I’m glad the girl at the register didn’t make my sandwich. Her pimples on her face were popping, that could have fell on my sandwich.

sandwiches are fantastic, even have some what good customer service but wont go back over charge on tax even if its hot or cold cold sandwiches have no tax tax for instance an italion bmt for month of may is five dollars they charged me $ 5.43 for tax on a cold sandwich but if ten people order the same they just made $ 4.30 profit because they dont pay tax on cold sandwitches i know in my mind im not the only one who orders itallion bmt

Worst Subway ever. My sandwich looked like taco. Workers act like they got better things to do than spending the time to make your sandwich. I was the only one in line yet the sandwich was made in 30 seconds with no care for anything. Same staff found at Subway on Del Paso as well. I am disgusted by subway sandwich after eating here and no thanks to these two places for sure.

Worst Subway in the area. Poor service, higher prices, and they don’t honor the promos that the other subways do. I recommend the subway on Del Paso Rd and Natomas Blvd.

Stopped by this super close Subway to get a quick bite before a Sunday Kings game. I ordered a Turkey, Spinach, and Avocado sandwich. I thought it was very odd that the man who made my sandwich put both regular lettuce and spinach on my sandwich. I am pretty sure the regular lettuce was not suppose to be on there. That’s why it has spinach in the name of the sandwich. It taste fine, but I won’t come back if I have a say.

rudest service ever for a subway, there are plenty of subways within half a mile, go there instead!

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway, served with attitude. Skip this store. There are plenty of others around
