I waited in line for about 15 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help. I understand sometimes it gets busy especially on a Friday night. But I didn’t think I would get no service at all. I am going to Pizza Guys down the street they help me in 10 minutes in and out with a pizza

The worst Pizza Place ever — hands down. we had my daughters b-day party and got a Groupon from them. We got an email confirmation the week before the party and we called the night before the party. I show up at Papa Johns and the guy at the counter and he had no idea what I was talking about. Don’t patronize this place. Considering the number of stars before I post, I should have been more circumspect.

I’ve ordered from here in the past and have had a mixed bag of experiences(mostly bad). I recently ordered again during a family gathering in the area and our service was outstanding. Apparently the place is under new ownership which is great news! Their service was a lot better and the pizza was perfect! Looking forward to ordering next time I’m in the area.

This is my «go to» place for pizza when i’m needing something great and quick. They are super friendly and speedy, makes my life so much simpler. Pizza tastes great and don’t know why people are saying it’s flavorless … I find quite the contrary and their pizza has great flavor and good ingredients.

I will not be returning to this location again. I like Papa Johns pizza but this location’s customer service is unbelievably poor. I placed an online order that said would be ready in 15 – 25 minutes for carry out and almost an hour later is finally ready. Several people in front of me also had orders that were either delayed or messed up… disappointing.

We ordered a simple order last night for delivery. Estimated time was 75 – 85 minutes which seems crazy, but at least told us we had to wait. Pizza arrived after 2 hours and 15 minutes!!! Since we had prepaid with credit card there was nothing we could do. As you can imagine, everything arrived quite cold.

This location is a typical papa johns. I always order online and its ready when I get there. I wish roseville and antelope locations would reopen. 40 minute round trip from antelope to here.

I ordered two pizzas here last night I was a huge papa johns fan until last night. The phone etiquette of the person who answered the phone was horrible. I asked for a specific pizza and sauce instead of advising me that the sauce I wanted isn’t available they choose to make the pizza I ordered the way they wanted to. Not once over the phone or in person when I went to pick up my order was I told that the only white base sauce that they have available is ranch! The customer service is horrible I was standing inside for about 3 minutes before I was acknowledge by a young lady standing by the oven(mind you there is a girl on the phone right in front of me and a guy playing in dough). Over the phone I was told my pizzas would be ready in 20 mins. When I arrived I was told my order is still in the oven! Okay fine! So I wait once they are out the lady at the register shows me my pizzas(one pepperoni and what I had assumed was my garlic chicken). I get home and took one bit and tasted the ranch. So I call papa johns back and the same lady who took my order answered the phone again. She goes to try to find the manager then comes back on the phone and say«I think he’s in the bathroom». I told her I’ll wait so a couple seconds later a rude obnoxious guy gets on the phone and I tell him the problem he tells me they can make me the same pizza with red sauce I tell him that’s not what I want I ordered what I wanted and didn’t receive that. I asked how long are they open and I’ll just bring the pizza back. I didn’t ask for a refund, but he gave me one after saying«no you don’t need to come back here»(who tells a paying customer that?!) however my refund was the only positive thing that came from this. After speaking with the manager I can clearly see why this papa johns has such horrible customer service and bad reviews. However if you want shitty pizza that you didn’t order and bad customer service and to be treated like you’re taking up too much time of the employees time by placing an order go here!!!

This place is actually good! With a good price, I paid ten dollors for a large 2 topping pizza! It was great! I walk in and order and the pizza was ready in 13 minutes and it was made with fresh ingredients! It even came with extra topping like fresh green peppers!

Ugh. So I was staying at a hotel and it was raining so I decided to order pizza instead of going out for dinner. The room key had an ad for Papa John’s: Free garlic parm bread sticks with order of a Lg specialty pizza. Not complicated. I called the order in. The person taking the order wasn’t familiar with the special so I gave him the code from the key. After a little bit he said he found it. Pizza arrives, but no garlic parm bread sticks. Driver says they’re not on the ticket. I say I understand that, but I did order them. Gave him the code for the special and everything. Driver says he’s familiar with the special because it’s the same for all the hotels, but I wasn’t charged for them. I explain that because they were free, I shouldn’t be charged for them. He calls the manager, then calls me back, from his car because it’s raining remember, and says they are sorry and will get us some quickly. Comes back about 20 minutes later. I thank him, but after he leaves when I open the box, sigh, regular bread sticks, not garlic parm. Obviously not the end of the world, but very disappointing.

We had an unfortunate experience on Saturday evening where an order we placed was woefully delayed due to a staffing issue at the restaurant. Things happen, and I definitely wouldn’t have wanted to be one of the few guys working that night and dealing with customer service. I ultimately ended up cancelling my order and the manager of the restaurant contacted me the next day offering to take care of us down the road for the mishap. That’s the type of service that shows they care about their customers and the experience they have with the brand all the way down to the local level. I’ll definitely continue to be a regular customer there.

Love to go to this Papa John’s. They always have the Large two topping pizza for $ 10. I call my order in and go over to pick up. Usually done in 15 to 20 minutes. Taste is good.

Don’t have your pizza delivered… it will be cold! We’ve ordered twice in the last month or so and its been the same situation! I thought the first time maybe they had been super busy… after the 2nd time in done. Id rather pay more and have a HOT pizza delivered.

I love how easy the app makes it to order and all their coupon codes. My boyfriend and I used to get this pizza every saturday night. It used to taste so good. Now, there’s no flavor at all to this pizza. We love papa johns so much we’ve given over six chances spaced apart. We tried another papa location and the pizza there was just as flavorless. I think it’s just the ingredients have changed unfortunately. There’s a BIG difference is the taste/flavor compared to a year ago. Why did corporate change ingredients? it used to be so yummy.

I’ve ordered pizza from Papa Johns multiple ones because they are cheap and decent, however their customer service is so terrible, I won’t be using them anymore. Today I tried to order a pizza and the man who attempted to take my order was rude, would not answer questions, and said, «I’m don’t know, I just work here,» multiple times. Even though I have ordered pizza from Papa Johns on a regular basis, he needed to put all my contact information in their computer again and I had to repeat myself over and over. As I was trying to rethink my order because he said their store did not accept any online coupons, he hung up. I called Pizza Guys immediately after and heard, «Hi this is Pizza Guys, is this Carley?» Goodbye Papa Johns!

Janky. I hate their too sweet sauced pizza but my roomate likes the bbq chicken so when I saw a groupon I bought one. This is the closest location still open(they are closing like CRAZY) and is still 15 miles away so theres NO way Id pay regular price… by the time I paid for gas I could have Round Table(the last honest pizza!) I paid $ 10 for $ 20 of pizza through Groupon. Score right? WRONG. Scamville. I called and placed our order… I never requested any specials or discounts. I just ordered what we wanted. One large specialty pizza and one half pepperoni sausage and ham and one half pepperoni pineapple jalapeño.(By the way I was told they CANNOT do half white sauce. Wow. I guess their employees cant figure out how?) I was told it was $ 23.95 after tax. I drove the whole treck there expecting $ 23.95 less my $ 20 prepaid groupon Id owe $ 3.95. Upon arrival I presented my groupon as Im supposed to. All of a sudden they RAISED the price from $ 22 before tax to $ 32.00. Huh? They say that even though I never asked for a discount… their«All pizzas are $ 11» is a discount price so I cant use my prepaid groupon to get that price. Now suddenly instead of owing $ 3 I owe $ 13. Lets do the math. If I had NO groupon I would have paid $ 22. WITH my groupon I paid $ 12. I paid $ 10 for my groupon. $ 12+10=$ 22. Wait…$ 22=$ 22. So I saved NOTHING. I paid full price. BUT I RECEIVED the discount version pizza. You know how they make them when its a «any pizza=1 price» deal. Paltry toppings… barely any cheese… the stem ends of jalapenos. I would NEVER have driven all the way there and back to pay full price for their crap pizza. I am reporting them to Groupon and I am SURE this location will quickly follow the path of other Papa Johns and go UNDER for their crap service and crap pizza and desperate attempts to scam people into buying their BS. Also…they had to ask a delivery driver to use his PERSONAL smart phone to process my Groupon. How… bootsy.
