I came in for a consultation and they told me that it would cost 6k for braces when other offices only charged about 4k. Dr. Oates told me that I needed all these different procedures to fix my teeth when in reality I didn’t. They were just trying to make a big profit. Although the receptionist was kind, speaking to the actual doctor was very frustrating. He was unable to relate to me and what I wanted. Don’t come here!
