In-N-Out Burger

The lines are always long and they are still relatively fast. They are polite and the food comes hot and fresh.

We made our first ever stop at In N Out after a lifetime of hearing our California friends exclaiming about its greatness. Frankly, I don’t get it. I read enough to know about the secret menu and so we ordered several Double-​Double burgers «Animal Style» plus an order of fries. The burgers are «okay» — I’d rank them as better than a McDonald’s Big Mac, but well below a Carl’s Jr. Six Dollar Burger, or really, below any «premium» burger at most fast food joints. The fries: terrible. By far the worst fries I’ve ever ordered anywhere. They reminded me of fries re-​heating in a microwave due to their odd texture. The people working here are great — really friendly and helpful. The place is popular with teens as it seemed to be «the hangout» for a lot of kids on a late Monday night. I doubt I’ll ever go again, but now I can say I’ve been here.

This place blows. Still in n out taste great but ther e slowest place i have ever been to. 25 ninutes to get a burger is just crazy. And it has happened more then one time step it up natomas

This place was dirty and the service was worse. They actually had Fries that were raw in the cooked fries. Never again would I eat here.

Awesome as always. My friend and I went before a movie since it’s really close to the Regal Theater Cinema. The line is always kind of long and a little slow but it’s always worth it. The good was great and the staff was friendly as always. We spent just over $ 11 for a double double, and a #1 order! I’m a cheap date but a happy one at In & Out.

The Truxel In-​N-​Out Burger is one of the older locations in the Sacramento region and has been my branch of choice since I moved here. Their location on Truxel and Interstate 80 in Natomas was custom designed to print money and be constantly busy with locals and tourists headed to Lake Tahoe and points beyond.
This location is a standard layout with a busy drive-​thru and interior dining area. There is a small patio outside that is smaller than most locations. But, the real star of course is the food. You can order the most complicated orders off the secret menu without them even batting an eye. My standard is the Double Double with spread and whole grilled onion only — no produce getting in the way of my meat fix. Plus, I usually get Fries Well Done with the extra crisp that makes the normally lackluster fries shine.
The biggest drawback to this location is their overall busy and crowded nature. I have seen this place packed more often than not. The drive-​thru is especially busy, but I am just too impatient to wait that long for my In-​N-​Out!

Awesome place to eat. The burgers are fresh and I heard the tomatoes and other veggies are fresh from Mexico. This is the first joint I go to whenever I go to California. They have another IN n Out in Oregon as well. Medford I believe. Best fast food place ever. So far nothing beats it. The meat, lettuce, tomato just melt in your mouth. But then there is a signature sauce which is the real deal. This place is famous and even most people in Washington know what In-​N-​Out is even tho we don’t have any in Washington. The service is quick because they have more then 10+ workers during lunch and your food is made quick. Quality food and quick service. Will definitely come here if I ever visit Cali

I always appreciate excellent customer service and love giving credit when it’s due. In and outs are already known for good service but the little things that’s OSMAR did made me experience even better. He even brought over my food to my table (I was dining in with my 3 year old daughter). I typically go threw the drive thru but now I may start dinning in more often. Anther customer was being quite difficult and he said his order was incorrect and OSMAR still smiled and immediately fixed the problem. I see why they have him working the register and he is very clean cut and handsome haha

I would like to start by saying Thankyou to «Mike» he happened to be the best employee we have encountered here at this In n Out location. Upon walking into for once in a blue moon a slightly busy restaurant, this young man opening the doors for customers walking in and out.
Back to food, the food is always awesome. The fries are «FRESH» you can watch them washing and tossing them potatoes into the frie squisher making machine. They only offer burgers, and a grilled cheese if ya dont like your meat! You can have them make it regular go «Animal style”(comes with grilled onion. mmmm and pickels :)). If you dont like a bun or watching calories make it «protein and it will come with a lettuce wrapped. One more of my favorites on the secret menu is animal style fries, they add the grilled onions, special sauce and cheese.
Back to service, while eating our food «mike» comes around cleaning up after customers and walks by asking people if they need anything, refills, he stops and asks if we need any refills. My wife says yes on fries while i was saying yes on the burgers, he looked like a deer staring in headlights. He didn’t know what to say, but ummmm soda i ment. We had a good laugh, then i got up and got one more order of fries and a neopalitan shake too. Then upon leaving «mike» still got the door for leaving and entering guests. This was by far the best experience we have had at In n Out.
We definitely will be coming back for more!

Thus far the BEST IN and OUT ever: clean, efficient staff, easy parking.
In addition, it stands out among all the others. One of the staff named Oscar deserves a huge pay increase and/​or promotion. He opens the door for customers, delivers the order to their table, checks on customers if they need anything else, thanks the customers… WOW, AMAZING SERVICE. Thanks Oscar!

Came to this in n out 1hr ago with my co worker after work. We went through the drive thru since there was hardly anyone in the drive thru we pay for are food and he bought himself a shake, we pull up to the window the girl gave us to shakes not thinking much of it I thought they charged us for to by accident and she seen it on the screen to give us to shakes. Literally 5mins goes by and she comes back to the window and told us she made a mistake and she demanded I gave back the shake immediately, me being polite offered to pay even know she should have took it as lost but no she had a really bad attitude.
Really shocked about the whole thing you would expect that from a McDonald worker but not from a in n out worker she totally should be fired!!! that place doesn’t need crazy people there that can’t handle a situation that simple without getting in a argument over 2.50

After watching the latest horror movie, «The Gallows» few days ago thanks to the advance movie screening presentation, I decided to come to this miracle potion, and the most popular burger chain which it’s independently owned and operated in California called, «In-​N-​Out Burger.» There are many locations of In-​N-​Out Burger in the Northern California area including Southern California area too. The reason why how many people are coming to this place and satisfying the burgers is because every burgers and fries are cooked very fresh and new unlike McDonalds, so I decided to try it out at this North Natomas location.
As I walked there from the movie theater, the atmosphere is very good; much like the 1950s and 1960s diner era. The employees are very friendly and approachable as I welcomed there! No issues at all! Of course, they are very busy making the burgers cooked for perfections.
For the ordering process, I ordered the double/​double burger aka. the double protein burger with french fries. So far after 10 minutes wait, it tasted very good! Very juicy and fresh! No complaints at all!
In the end, In-​N-​Out Burger is the greatest non-​corp burger chain that’s made in California that I’ve ever visited! I’ll come back for more! Highly recommend!

The best fast food burger great fresh products made to order no microwave business usually there’s a long line but they move fast and it’s well worth the wait

i am always a fan of this place. i like coming here when i am done with watching a movie next store or maybe after a concert. it was a nice experience for their drive thru. i came here on a wednesday night around 9pm. i usually go inside and order but the drive thru line was short so i decided to go experience it.
i went to the drive thru and maybe took me 5 mins for my turn to order. i had the hamburger protein style. protein style is where the lettuce wrapped around the burger and i had it animal style which is grilled onions and i requested regular onions as well. the burger was saucy and juicy as well.
i then had went up and paid in the first window. it went smooth and asked if my order was correct. next i went to the next window to retrieve my food. he then asked if it was a sit in the car to eat so i said yea. he gave me a place mat to put on my lap. next i had got the burger and my strawberry milkshake as well.
the burger was amazing with the sauce they put in it. i had wished i requested extra veggies because i love extra pickle and tomatoes as well. i don’t care much for the cheese usually. also the strawberry shake was so creamy milky good. i usually don’t get that milkshake because it is so hard to suck it and when your in a thirsty mood it doesn’t solve the problem. i was smart and had a water in the car to help me wash down the burger if i needed too. anyways for less than 5 bucks i got a protein style burger with a milk shake. i did skip the fries and usually i love it but i had to watch my calories and i did have some popcorn before hand so i decided this would substitute my fries craving. i had definitely thought about dipping my fries in the milkshake. doing it the Wendy style! The food was amazing and hit the spot.

While in the shopping mall, I decided to indulge in some fine food I just can’t get back home. In-​n-​Out — you’re a bad habit I just can’t bear to drop.
These guys are on point, and the long line for drive-​through was handled adroitly. There was a young gentleman with his white uniform and hat walking up to each car with a tablet, taking orders, and relaying them back to the kitchen. I think with the volume of customers this location has, that it was about the only thing which kept everything flowing. One additional point — they’ll ask if you’re going to eat in the car (which I was — it’s a rental), and set you up with a helpful tray/​box to keep everything stable. Brilliant!

This is my go to in and out location. This place is absolutely great after a late night movie and nothing is open, but this place opens late till 1am!
Every in and out has a secret menu! Make sure you search the secret menu in the Google search engine!
I love getting the double double meal combo won’t grilled onions, but during my visit I got two cheeseburger with grilled onions. This place has the best fast food burger that you will ever eat, especially since they advertiser that the meat is never frozen and the fries are cut fresh daily!
Definitely try out the milkshakes here because they are on point.
The service in this location is impeccable as well, they have associates walking around offering to take your finished tray without you asking. For a fast food joint, that’s an A+ rating for me.
Ask about animal styles fries, or protein style burger you won’t regret it!
Also if you love the dressings/​sauce in their burger ask them for a packet! They have them readily available to give out upon request!

I love love love In & Out. Animal Style fries here are amazing!!! I never get them regular anymore and Animal Style cheeseburger is great.
The vanilla milkshake was average not sure what the hype was.
