Their customer service, technical support is the worst! You get transferred at least 5 times to get to the right person. Once there, they do not walk you through how to fix your problem, they just connect to your computer and fix it so you will always have to call back and depend on them to fix it.
I called and spent 1 hr to set up my HP Deskjet 3050A wirelessly. What a nightmare!
