Very small, but card shops tend to be. For it’s size, this shop has a very good selection. I’m interested in magic the gathering. The selection for magic is small, but a very good deal. But if you’re into baseball, look no further! The person on shift was curt, right to the point, and very knowledgeable. Just how I like it. Looking forward to building a few magic decks here!

We are newcomers to D & P Cards and found it to be a clean, friendly establishment with a nice assortment of collectibles from baseball, football and basketball to fantasy. We’ll be back!

I visited this shop a couple of weeks ago. First time in a long long time. Very impressed. Primarily with the service level although they do have a nice variety of material, including several pretty unique items.
Overall it was a very good experience and I walked out with a number of nice cards. What I like best was the gentleman running the shop who I believe to be the owner. Very friendly and engaging. And I got the feeling this is normal just by his manner. Prices are pretty good and he will dicker a little if you are buying multiple cards. Nice variety of card supplies too. As of today, the best shop I am aware of in the Sacramento area.

I am a mom with baseball nut kids. We love coming to neighborhood D&P. Young kids can spend just a little pocket money and love poring through the singles cards. We hang out a while and are always made to feel welcome, kids are customers too and not «in the way.» Owner teaches them respect for the players and cards. Sometimes he has a program where they can earn free cards for good report cards.

I am from woodland ca and was willing to drive to sacto. to give this guy my business –i have called this shop twice –thinking maybe i had just caught him at a busy time because he was so rude on the first call– well pretty much the second call even after a month he was rude again so do i really want to deal with that in person-​HELL NO — the collection is suppose to be a fun thing for my grandson and i just wanted to talk to someone educated in the business that would give some ideas on collecting –how does he stay in business? I stopped in today to see if they carry any MLS cards… and they do! Chris was very friendly and gave a brief education on collectible cards. I look forward to returning for that 2012 MLS Upper Deck box… :)
