I live in this ‘hood and find the Choice Food Market to be the most convenient. The ‘Food’ in their name shouldn’t really be there because they only offer gross and dusty shelf food like chips and top ramen. And using the word ‘Choice’ is also deceiving because you don’t really have any other market to choose from. I give this place a 3 because of the friendly employees and the convenience. I never really buy anything but liquor or scratcher tickets, so I find this place to be pretty good. Probably wouldn’t advise going here to get a meal…

Ah, the convenience of a convenience store. Where else can you find absinthe, mop n’ glow, peptol bismol and 1980’s porn magazines all under one roof? Well, here. Also good for late night, frozen/​crap food cravings.
Situated kitty-​corner from the Press Club and right next door to a tattoo parlor, there is never a shortage of action either if that is your thing. It’s more or less my thing.
