Went in with my husband to sit and enjoy lunch but the inside restaurant was only 53DEGREES! The clerk said the owners are too cheap to turn the heat on and the owner said it was broken! The food was okay, but it was warmer outside. Burger King, you’ve really gotten rotten.

Just waited over 20 mins for my food. The older gentlemen who was working the window looked annoyed while the cook was talking to somebody, who we heard yelling loudly«Hey blood I’ll Holla at you later, okay blood!» The older gentlemen then politely informed us «I’m waiting for the meat to cook now.» FYI there was no one inside waiting for food.

This is for the Folsom Blvd establishment in East Sacramento. Daughter and I went there yesterday as we understand Burger King has a relatively new menu and she wanted the Chicken Fries. Never particularly liked this BK, but thought we would give it another try. Ouch. Big mistake. Just walking in the place you get an immediate bad feeling. The eating area is totally just one big room and just movable tables and chairs. That’s it. No booths or other structures to sort of isolate yourself in the place. Basically a cafeteria. In terms of food, my daughter really got the short straw. She ordered the Chicken Fry meal and I ordered some sort of Bacon and Cheese Burger meal. For me the burger was pretty decent and no complaints. Fries were fair at best. Certainly not great. Daughter’s Chicken Fries(which she said she used to like when they had them before), looked bad and tasted bad. Looked overcooked and seemed like they were made a long time ago and sitting under the hot light. I tasted too, so this is both our opinion. In terms of sauces, she first ordered BBQ. Nope, out of that. So then Ranch, Nope out of them too. Ended up eating them plain. At the soda fountain while they had my Diet Coke, not true with Coke. Out of that too – all three dispensers. Amazing. Overall just a total bad experience and certainly relearned our lesson about that place.

Oh Burger King… I give you four stars. Your fries were satisfying. Why is there no BK in Midtown? Why am I out in rich-ass East Sac getting a whopper? Why is there never anyone here? You made my burger«my way». Whatever happened to 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 bucks?

As somebody who started at 16, working at a brand new Taco Bell to of course by a car. 12 years with a master’s degree later was still working for those Taco Bells owned by Whitlock Family Trust as Director of Operations. The point to convey I know what I’m talking about. This Burger King is an embarrassment to your brand. The franchise should be put on notice by corporate, and I suggest corporate rent a hotel room a few blocks away to ensure change. If the franchisee is reading this, ask yourself while you have had 5 general managers in 2 years. Why on more than a handful of times have seen 3 people working during peak hours. This isn’t a reflection of the staff in the unit. Ive already stolen two, funny how talent shines. If anybody cares I await your response. Happy to even sit down and discuss over a whopper. Your treat of course.

Wow!!! Def not in a good way!!! I still cannot believe that this poor excuse for a BK is still in business and in East Sacramento at that. I’ve tried this place about 3 times in the past(drive thru only) and the experience was always poor. Seemed as if the drive thru employees all hated their job. I didn’t write a review at the time because I didn’t want to be mean thinking maybe they were having a bad day. This last time going there and dining in broke the camels back. Walked in with a friend and no other customers present. 2 black male employees and a white female manager(who also thought she was black) were in the kitchen area gossiping and being very loud with profanity as if we were not in the store. N**ger this and n**ger that and totally ignoring us. Finally about 5 minutes of waiting the manager comes out grinning and I have to say hello to her. Food took about 15 minutes because apparently they were preparing food to take home. Food tasted as expected(surprisingly) but majority of tables filthy and Flys everywhere. Sodas were either flat or so carbonated that they taste like alka-seltser. Not sure why this dump is still in business but shame on the franchisee who owns it because clearly it’s a sign of carelessness and neglect. My words may seem harsh to some and maybe even too self centered but please visit this place if you want your kids to be exposed to a small peace of «ghetto» in the east Sac area without having to drive to Oakland. Gees! Glad I got that off my chest.

This BK has been at this location for years. It was remodeled a while back, but it almost never has anyone there… and now I know why. We were running late, and needed to grab a quick bite before grocery shopping in the late afternoon. This particular BK is just nasty! The place was full of flies and the tables were all dirty except for one at the back of the restaurant. Flies were also crawling all over the order counter… should have walked out right then and there. However, we were there so we decided to order and stick it out. One grilled and one crispy chicken sandwich… what could go wrong there? We found the one clean table after looking them all over, and we started to eat. Flies were buzzing around, and kept going after our food. I took one bite of my grilled chicken sandwich and it was obvious that it was not cooked… still raw in the middle, but covered in a giant glop of mayo, oozing out over the raw, pink chicken. I gagged and spit it out, and my husband told the counter person we wanted another chicken sandwich, fully cooked! After it was done, I was too sick to my stomach to eat it so we dumped the rest of our food and left. Unsafe, unclean, and an insult to BK’s everywhere!
