I think I am done going to this location. Their drive thru is a joke. I don’t know how many times they messed my order up. It’s not like I’m asking for anything special. Either the wrong meal is given to me, the wrong drink, Don’t know their own advertised specials, etc. Today I ordered a drink, large Sweet Tea. I get to work and drink it, it’s regular tea. This is not the first time. I will kit be coming here anymore. It’s a shame because I work down the street. The last rant are their prices. They are more expensive than the location on Alhambra.

I was super disappointed after ordering a hazelnut latte. Usually, I get an iced one. Forgot to specify today. I figured it didn’t matter much since it’s getting colder out. Sadly, my latte was 2″ from the brim! And even then cappuccino levels of foam. I could have gone to Starbucks and spent 50 cents more for a REAL latte. Having said all that, they DO always get my order right and the food has met my expectations with the food… it’s fast. Lol so they get a 3* anyway.

This is a re-​review of my first review maybe a year ago. Since that time this McDonald’s has clearly changed. As noted in that review I will always believed this was pretty much as good as it got when you went to McDonald’s. But over the last six months or so, this has clearly changed. Not that it’s gotten totally terrible, just that it has fallen back to pretty much an average McDonald’s in all aspects of the business including timeliness of food, friendliness of staff, getting your order right, and facility cleanliness. Seems almost certain the cause is the new management at the store after the long time manager was moved to a different store. Things just don’t run anywhere near as smoothly as before. Does this stop me from going here. No because like I said it is not awful, just disappointing from the way it’s been over a very long time in the past

We come here every few nights to get out of the house and get some work done on our laptops. The area is Ok and the staff is friendly. We have used the drive through on several occasions and they forget things sometimes. But they always seem to fix it if we are go in and ask them too. The place is clean except for when a bum wonders in and decides to take a bath in the sink at the bathrooms. There are allot of shady people around the area, probably because of the location that they are
will do in a pinch.

Went in the other day and manager was so rude and short with me. Accused me of stealing beverages and took my cups. Really? Your gonna be that cheap and rude? I will not be returning and will be telling friends to go to the mcdonalds down the road ;)

After about the 5th time these guys have gotten my order wrong, I feel compelled to review. I don’t expect much from mcdonalds, and I’m pretty forgiving when they get my order wrong on occasion. But I can safely say that every time I’ve ordered a double quarter pounder-​no bun– my order comes out as a single patty.
Today I checked my order quickly and it looked right, but when I got back to work and actually took a good look, it was of course, a single patty. And not on shredded lettuce as I requested. It was too late to turn around and fix my order.
Sigh.
My office is between the Folsom mcdonalds and the one on Alhambra, so the latter will be getting my lunchtime business from now on.

No joke, there’s a guy named Ronald that works here. Real cool little dude with superb customer service and a great attitude! I went through the drive thru and they happened to forget three filet-​o-​fishes (my fault for not checking at the window)… so I pulled up front, and before I could get outta my car that dude Ronald was all up in front of me with the missing three filet o fishes and with two large fries! Hooked it up and was real apologetic and cool about it. That’s whats up

My friend and I received the most friendly service we have ever had at any McDonald’s. We were in the drive thru and the gentleman working the cash register/​taking our order was the one of the nicest employees! He has a really cool radio voice, we didn’t catch his name but we will returning! There should be more people like him working in customer service!

No play area for kids, but the service was good. I felt the staff was friendly and professional unlike many other McD’s I’ve been to. Perhaps because its in a nice neighborhood?

This McDonald’s seems more upscale than the other McDonald’s I go to. I like it! McDonald’s trying to modernize their establishment and trying to change their image. However, in my mind McDonalds is still gonna be McDonalds. Every time I come here, I receive fast and friendly service.
I usually get mcdouble with Big Mac sauce and for breakfast. the big breakfast platter. Everytime I go to McDonalds, it also seems like they are raising the prices of the value menu (not dollar menu anymore) cents by cents. Oh wells, I’ll come here when I’m craving some McDonalds.
