If I could give less I would this is the slowest Arby’s. Their service is garbage!!! Be prepared to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. Don’t forget to check your food when they give it to you, they have a tendency to forget items!!!

My issue is not with the food. I enjoy the turkey sandwiches, the sliders, the shakes, and other parts of the menu. The prices are a bit high, but even so, I am a regular customer. As such, there are times when the order is not up to par or is wrong. This has happened a few times over the past year. The owner has always been apologetic and replaced my meal without issue. A few days ago, I ordered a combo with regular fries. The worker ordered curly fries instead. The receipt showed curly as well. I love curly fries and though I was not in the mood for them that night, it did not bother me so I did not report it. Last night, the same employee was again the worker when I clearly ordered a specific item, even giving her the meal number from the menu board. I got something entirely different which, again, was what she put on the receipt. The speaker for the drive thru, which I tend to utilize, is not that great. I have to repeat myself a lot. Whether the problem is the employee not able to hear well enough from the speaker or hitting the wrong buttons on the register, I don’t know. Clearly, though, there is an issue. However, when I went in to have the order replaced today(and I did call both Arby’s numbers last night to inform them what had happened — one number is the owner, the other is the restaurant, leaving messages on both answering machines), the manager tried to put the mistakes onto me and said there were too many problems with my orders. I reminded him I was a regular customer and so there were more odds of me getting wrong orders and I noted that I am someone who calls when things are incorrect. I do not like being blamed for the employee problems. A month or two ago, I got undercooked fries that were seriously inedible. I didn’t even give them to my dogs; they went straight into the garbage. They told me they had just taken the fries from their freezer and that’s why they did not actually cook through. That’s their error, not mine. I asked the manager of the location if he would prefer I was not a regular customer and chose another restaurant to patronize. Of course, he said no. I said it was inappropriate to blame the customer for employee errors and that clearly with this one employee there was a problem, and I pointed out the fries error from the other night along with the current one. He said he would talk to her, but it was said in a way that I really do not believe him. He wants to place the blame on me. So, for food, it’s okay, when you get the right order. As for customer service, they are now lacking. You just do not blame the customer, especially a regular customer, for the mistakes of the employee. I told him that from now on, regardless of how many cars are behind me, I will request a second bag and I will not move forward until I take everything out of the bag and ensure my order is absolutely correct. They are not going to like that when there are five cars behind me, which is often the case, but apparently, that is what I will have to do from now on.

DISCLAIMER: This review is on drive-thru experience. «Let’s go to Arby’s.» That’s what the wifey said. And so we went. As you pull up to the restaurant, you try and figure where the front door is at. All you see is a long brick wall, but if you look closer, the single door is tucked right in there. Approaching the drive thru is easy. The lane for ordering is a on the little cramped side. But I found out that it «feels» that way b/c I have a big car! Just be sure to drive a smaller car than me or go inside. Ordering is quick and the wait is expected. I feel like the customer service is a little stale. In the end, the new Smokehouse Turkey sandwich and Brown Sugar Bacon and Roast Beef sandwich were delicious! One thing I can say is, the bacon was a bit chewy and not as crunchy as I thought it would be, but hey, it’s bacon!

Just picked up food tonight around 8:30. Every one was nice and seemed like they have great customer service skills that’s why I shocked when I got home and was just about to eat the first classic beef n cheddar and on the bun there was a half fingered length of mucus. That was disgusting and health risk. One can only hope the employee who did that isn’t sick. So I had to throw that sandwich away no point in risking my health for someone’s ignorance. Then on the second classic beef n cheddar it was like they took a jr size beef and cheese and put it on a classic sandwich bun. So basically it’s just bread on the outside and a little meat and cheese in the center. There was so little meat and cheese wen i unwrapped it i thought they just gave me the bun and forgot the meat and cheese, it wasn’t till I took the top bun off I saw they didn’t forget the meat and cheese they just forgot how much to put on there. At least I had the curly fries so I wouldn’t be starving till morning.

Mmmmm! I didn’t think I’d ever review a fast food place but I just such a fan of Arby’s. Overall, I think this is one of the better Arby’s around town. I just wish there where more of them. I tried the Meat Mountain. Holy Christmas is it a lot of meat. I ended up throwing out the bun(I took a bite and it was soft and flavorful) and ate the monster with a knife and fork. All the food we ordered was hot. Nothing is worse than limp and cold curly fries. Never had a stale bun here. Nice service too!

This is one of the best Arby’s in all of Sacramento county. You get good helpings of meat, the buns are fresh. Service is good, no BS here. This place is a welcome sight for someone seeking a real Arby’s amidst all the franchise Arby’s out there who are ripping people off with lousy serving size, yucky or rancid meat, and very commonly stale buns(which ruins any sandwich). There’s only a few suggestions I have for THIS Arden location: a) They put the Arby’s red sauce on the roast beef sandwich automatically but I did not ask for that, I wanted to put it on myself. It makes it slightly soggy on arrival and could be a bigger problem if you are doing drive-thru to take food home. But the sandwich was still oh so good. b) The shakes are real thick, like a blizzard from DQ. They will ask if you want a spoon, but of course you need one to eat this very thick shake. It’s good, but it’s a blizzard and not really a shake. c) I recommend the«MAX size» for hungry people which means they put a lot of roast beef on the sandwich. It is not on the menu, so you have to know about it. Only slightly more costly. d) Lots of chaos and confusion in the cashier/kitchen area with nobody really knowing what they are doing. But the food is so good and it’s such a relief to find a real Arby’s, I can deal with this. Employees are kind and well-intentioned but they need much better organization. Orders are very commonly messed up and customers made to wait quite a while during peak times. Really happy with this place overall !

My boyfriend and I came here late, like most fast food places they close the store but the drive thru remained open. Since this was my first time at Arby’s, I didn’t know what to order, so my boyfriend ordered the combo for 2 of the classic sandwiches(roast beef). I don’t remember if there were regular fries, but I definitely saw«curly fries» and HAD to get them. As for the drinks, we got water instead of soda and the girl who took our order told us that she has to charge us for small sodas even if we’re only getting water… I kind of thought that was a little ridiculous b/c most places give you water cups for free, haha. But when we got our food and I looked at my receipt, I noticed that she gave us medium sized cups, not smalls ^.^ I don’t know if it was a mistake, but I’d like to think she was just being really nice since we were the only customers at that time. Thanks, best Arby’s worker! *Apparently I was mistaken… but we ordered medium combo meals so that’s why we got medium sized cups. BUT! She only charged for a small.* Overall, the food was good! The fries were burning my tongue, but it’s okay – better to have hot fries than stale, room temperature fries. The roast beef sandwiches were okay, maybe they would’ve tasted better to me if I had add sauce to them. The service was quick and friendly as well.

I’m tired of the undeserved hatred being heaped on my beloved arby’s. People talk shit, never mind that. It’s without a doubt the most consistent fast food place around and nothing beats arby’s sauce. My only gripe is how expensive everything on their menu is. Bring back the 5 for 5 classic roast beef and i’ll bring you a 5 star review!

Pretty good for fast food, just hard for any fast food to be more than a 3. The Philly cheese and French dip are both good alternatives to the standard roast beef, though I still like the classic roast beef sandwich.

I came here to try the grand turkey roaster and get a french dip. The french dip is always good, but the turkrey roaster was really good. the grand turkey roaster is new and consist of sliced turkey, swiss cheese and bacon, with lettuce and so kind of mayo type sauce. It’s a little pricey $ 5.09 for just the turkey roaster sandwich.

Everything I could ask for in a fast food joint. Starting from the parking lot, it’s clean and kept in order. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. And the food, well, it’s as good as it can be for the price(and nothing beats an Arby’s sandwich and curly fries when you’ve got the craving…). I always eat inside, so I don’t know if the experience is any different from the drive-thru.

It’s an Arby’s. You got your roast beef options and your curly fries and whatnot. What keeps me from being a more frequent guest at Arby’s is the surcharge on all purchases made with a debit card. If this policy did not exist, I would go to Arby’s a lot more often and eat their food(with my mouth) thank you for reading my review of Arby’s The Restaurant!

I an not a huge fan of Arby’s! The food is only OK and the meat always seems a little dry. I’ve never walked in so I don’t know how the service is at the counter, but I can assure you it’s horrible in the drive thru. I never know if they realize I’m there waiting for them to say something. Then once I finally get to the window it takes FOREVER for the food to get there. I’m not impressed with the service.

Kind of a dump inside. But the Beef n Cheddar hit the spot. I am lucky I don’t have an Arby’s that is convenient. I would go broke. Most Arby’s I’ve visited are kinda dumpy but just based on food, one of the best chains out there.

Orders are accurate, all the way down to the napkins. Food is good! The turkey sandwich is delicious! Where did the onion petals go? Those were yummy! Can’t go wrong with an Arby-Q. Or a French dip. Don’t try to share this because it’s just not possible. Someone will be hungry. I think this is the closest location to our house.

The food was fine the prices are pretty high for what you get though. I got a sandwich combo and cherry turnover and my lunch was $ 10.00! I can eat at Chilis or most any chain restaurant for the same price. I definitely don’t feel like this was a good value. Also, the interior and exterior of the restaurant are dilapidated. Clearly Arbys let’s the franchise owner decide on maintenance and updates. This place hasn’t been touched since the 80’s. Pastels, filthy white washed chairs and stained ceiling tiles from roof leaks are the design language here. For a $ 10.00 sandwich and fries I’d think they could afford to update the place. But maybe not, I was the only one in there.

Holy Roast Beef! I heart this place like a fat kid loves cake! I tried to be healthier and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich hold the mayo and curly fries, but when i downed that I hungrily eyed my partners remaining roast beef and cheddar! OHGOODGOLLY! It was so delicious! An onion roll laden with bright yellow American cheese goo and Arby’s sauce makes it easily the best roast beef sandwich I have ever eaten! I am going batty just thinking about it! I wish the one in SF hadn’t been torn down… but then I’d probably be a whale.
