Advanced Hardscapes Concrete and owner Bertin Vargas, does a first class job. The price was reasonable and I am more than satisfied with the work that they did in my backyard. I found Bertin to be personable and exceedingly knowledgeable about concrete. I felt so confident in his abilities, I even let him recommend the color combination for our stamped concrete patio. He personally handles all stages of the project from coming out and doing the estimate, to working alongside his men. This being said, Bertin is very busy and maybe not as good at communications as he could be. However, the job he does is well worth the wait and I would not hesitate to recommend his work.

Bertin took the time to come out, take measurements, give some design ideas and said he’d email the work estimate. Weeks turned to a few months and nothing ever came through, no email, no phone call, nada. What the heck?
Maybe its a blessing in disguise. I’ve heard if you wait till the off season… fall/​winter you might get better pricing since business is slower during those times.
