Have replacement
Met the Branch Manager at the Fall Home Show and took time off work to schedule appointments. Monday was all day and today was half day. After meeting with a ton of people yesterday, I was excited to have this appointment. Unfortunately, the branch manager never told the service manager about the appointment so I was a no call/​no show. Can’t say I can even rate their service because I was stood up. Not how business is done.
