Paid for top quality carpet. INSTALLATIONWAS A JOKE. Carpet wasn’t pulled tight in one room, seams showing all over. No threshold between rooms. TWO no show appointments that took our whole days when promised it would be fixed. Runaround on the phone telling us to call back over a DOZENTIMES. We are still waiting for it to be made right. Next step is a refund.

To bad they don’t have a minus star rating. The people working here are the most ignorant on the planet Earth! Long story short. Bought 4 kitchen appliances fridge, stove, MW, DW, with the stipulation I didn’t want it delivered for a month because I was in the process of gutting the kitchen. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. 48 hours later they’re on the phone wanting to deliver it. I was a little ticked but thought there was some sort of miscommunication. Over the next two weeks I must have been called 5 more times even though I told them I didn’t want it for a month. Finally I went back to the store and personally talked to the Install Dept and I was promised everything was straightened out. 4 days later I get a voice mail informing me they’re delivering the appliances tomorrow giving me a 2 hour window! I was livid!!! Called again and spoke to the Assistant Mgr and I wasn’t to happy. After going off on her(I later apologized) I was assured AGAIN everything was taken care of. The very next day we went out for lunch got home and there in front of our home is a truck ready to deliver our appliances. Called on the phone and they hung up on me. Wonder why??? These people are freaking brain dead!!! I’ll never buy another appliance from Lowes and you can take that to the bank.

We had window blinds installed last spring and are under warranty. One needs to be fixed and it has been 4 weeks of we will call you back or can we walk you through fixing it yourself. That is when you get someone to actually answer the phone or call you back. I don’t know why we can’t just talk with the people that installed the blinds. The service was great when we had them installed now when we need help the service is poor at best. They also say they have customers in front of them that need help instead of us. Over 4 weeks of this and still nothing. Try The Home Depot instead.

We had our flooring done with them worst experience ever. The flooring is so uneven I trip over it. I have put in several calls to the manager and the installation company, they were suppose to come back and redo it, they showed up without delivering the new tile first, and with no commitment to put us up in a hotel of equal quality to the one we paid for when they did the first install. the installation company refuses to pay our hotel bill(we were in a Hilton for 8 days the first time) and the floor was so dirty I had to get cleaning people to come and they did not come back and put our furniture back. A service we paid extra for. I would never recommend this store.

I was at ACE hardware strike 1 then went to TSC– tractor supply company just down the street strike 2. I usually dread shopping any weekend. I’m replacing the 5th wheel hitch with a goosneck hitch and wanted to put fresh hardware in since Ill have it all apart. I came here to find extra large bolts, locking washers and nuts(stop giggling) to replace the old ones. That were rusty and old. On a Sunday around 2:00 this place looked empty! Helloooo, hellooo, can you here me? I loved it, plenty of staff at the registers taking care of customer service. Why? Why IDK is this the calm before the storm? Where senior snowbirds are gone for just one weekend. I even noticed the avg age here was 50 something. Maybe at that age they stop home repairs. Either way this is now my favorite Lowes. Even though it is far from home.
