I went in for a wash today because I had shoulder surgery, am in a giant sling and can’t move my arm at all. With very long hair it’s a super bummer. A very nice women washed my hair and it felt great! The manager came out and was talking to me and saw what a predicament I was in and had my stylist dry my hair and and put it in a nice braid so it would be more manageable– it looks so nice and I feel like a new person– and anyone who’s had surgery knows, something like this can make a world of difference! Thanks so much!

Sign said open, came 10 minutes before close and they turned my son away. What is the point of having hours if you don’t abide by them? She said we could come back tomorrow– I think we’ll go some where else tomorrow. Super cuts lost a customer for ever.

The Manager has always cut my hair just as I requested. I used to be able to make an appointment at any time for that day. Now I’m told in order for me to get an appointment, I have to call by 9:00 am in the morning if I wanted to come in that day, I never heard of Salons making appointments like this.

I’m new to the solon, but I found my new hair cut lady: Karen! She’s friendly, thorough and is willing/​able/​happy to give you exactly what you ask for. Honestly, I’ve been on the search for a new hair stylist that can cut ethnic hair, and I’ve found her! Ten out of ten! Totally recommended! Best hair cut I’ve ever had!

I am very upset with the haircut I got here. I asked for a specific cut and to leave my sideburns. I got a clippers down the center of my hair and my sideburns were cut off with out asking because I was told they looked «crumby». When I told her I wanted the sideburns just cleaned up she told me it’s to late now. I read other reviews about how great they were here and that is why I chose to go here. Extremely disappointed. Worst of all I was still charged for the haircut which just turned into buzzing my head. Now I have to let it grow out and have it fixed somewhere else.

I’ve been going to Deb, the manager for over a year now and have been very happy.
It is a fun atmosphere and you get wonderful customer service. My cuts and color are always as requested.

This is now my go-​to local hair place for a simple trim or blow out. (I am still loyal to my colorist who is by my old house.) Amanda has done a phenomenal job every time I’ve been in there. The salon is clean and the prices are so reasonable. I would recommend calling ahead on the weekends, they tend to get a bit busy.

This is a great place!!! The staff is wonderful! Hats off to Deb the manager and especially Amber. Everyone is a pro here! The service is fabulous and my hair is always just perfect! Why go to a salon that charges you 100s when you get a perfect cut/​color and great service for a great price! You can even call same day and get an appointment! Love this salon!

I’ve been going to this Supercuts for years, and I love it. The staff is super friendly, helpful and you always get great service. Deb, the manager, as well as the other members of the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. Every time I go I enjoy talking with everyone and there’s always tons of laughter.
