EVERYONE AND THEIR MOM STOPS BY HERE.
Seriously, everyone that I know usually stops by here and we always go to Peter. I know technology can get pretty confusing, especially for the older generations. The staff here are pretty patient to go over every detail with you. They usually speak in Mandarin to my mother and aunt here.
We’ve done pretty much everything here: ordering new phones, adding another line, to changing SIM cards and etc. The only downside is the horrendous parking plaza.

Very knowledgeable and patient staff. I received excellent service from Sobek Yu. She knows product and plans inside out.

First let me start off I love t-​mobile but Monday the 21^st I had an issue with one person at one store. On their door in the website it says they close at 8 o’clock I was going to exchange a SmartWatch I called ahead he said he has it but he was close can I come back tomorrow and I told him why are you close at 7:50 on your website it says you’re close at 8 and I was mad at the situation like us but not at him and I told her I’m going to call corporate and he said go ahead and that made me so mad I felt like going to the store and whooping on him

Bad service with higher charge.
Never go back.

The sale people explain everything very clear, and provide good service. All of them speak both Chinese and English, they are very knowledgeable of cell phone. Every time I get trouble with my phone, they can help me. Thanks, and love thid store.

This business hangs the T Mobile banners so I stop by.
It’s not a T Mobile corporate store I find out later…
Awful place and very snooty!
Stepped in to get an iPhone and immediately greeted by an Asian person who spoke I think Chinese to me. I said, I am not Chinese and he stopped blabbering.
Then I ask if I can buy the iPhone 6 coming out tomorrow and he proceeds to tell me he can get a discount for cash.
I then said I need to open a new service, buy 2 iPhones, trade in 2 iPhones and get my state discount of 15%.
At that time, the Asian fellow said they don’t stock phones and they order them online and it gets shipped to me (gee I could have done that myself).
And he says they don’t do trade ins nor discounts.
What type of T Mobile store is this ?
It’s not a corporate owned store — it’s a authorized retailer.
That explains a lot — never go here expecting English or service.

I got my first phone ever — a Nokia XpressMusic 5310 — in 2007 or 2008 with the manager Wesley. Back then, they were located inside the old 99 Ranch Market (it used to be in the very back of the plaza, then it closed down and all the little shops moved in).
They’ve relocated up to the second floor at the entrance to the plaza for a while now.
It’s been about 7 years now and a lot has changed — I went from that 5310 to a 5800 to an N8 then a Lumia 920 and just earlier today, a Lumia 1520. Hardcore Nokia fan right here.
Anyways, Wesley and his team have helped me with whatever questions I had over the years. I didn’t stop by a lot, but it was at least a few times every year.
Now, I’ve been to other T-​Mobile locations, both company-​owned and independents like this, and I even interviewed for a T-​Mobile position once as a teen in L.A. But no location has served me better than this one, Première Mobile.
I stopped by today and the guy who helped me cut my SIM card at my request from its micro form to nano — the smallest size — so that it would fit into my new Lumia 1520.3. Answered all of my questions and was able to fill me in on some alternative plans/​rates that I could switch to if I wanted.
Friendly staff since ’07, different employees every year or so I go in but Wesley knows how to pick them. I’ll be back here in the future if I ever need any help/​questions with my service or phone.

The best première mobile I have ever been to. The manger was nice and the service was awesome. They provide best quality of service by teaching you how to use the phone, even provide you every instruction of setting up the phone. When new customers transferred from other carrier they provide every detail, also give clear detail on your billing statement. They are no hidden fee or extra charge. They keep their promise for the rebate. Overall they are excellent and highly recommend.
