Ten Ren is usually my go to spot for boba. I rarely visit this location but came in for a quick lunch with my family on Saturday. We ordered a few entrees to share. The food is decent but it’s a lit sweet. I recommend sticking with the popcorn chicken instead. Our server was a little slow. She had no personality and would stare at us blankly or answer, «uh ok,» for each item we ordered. I ordered an osmanthus oolong with less sugar and no ice. When my drink arrived, it was filled with ice to the brim and so sweet that I thought it was a different drink. Luckily, a friendlier staff helped me out. The drink was still too sweet and I could barely taste the flavor of the tea. I didn’t want to bother to change it again. I like Ten Ren but the service and recipes are better at the Walnut location.

Worst Ten Ren’s ever literally 3 minutes late until their kitchen was closed and I only wanted a snack not too difficult too cook and they wouldn’t make it for me. Service here suck! Especially that Asian guy who took my order! Drove all the way from Chino Hills and this is what I freakin’ get! Way to ruin my night!

I went to TenRen today! Service was SUCK! !! The girl who name«Ann» make my friend and me angry! She acted like whatever! I ordered honeydew milk tea with boba and then there was jelly inside! I wonder to know how can it be a mistake? Ok I told her to change one for me, she just take it back and give me the one that I just gave her!!! inside still have lots of jellyyyyy! This time she just throw the drinks on my table, also food TOO ! «Without saying anything even a word» I don’t understand why hired this kind of girl in this popular tea station. We come here for rest with friends! Not for SUCK service!

I’ve been coming to Ten Ren since I was in college so I’ve collected a lot of stamp cards throughout all the times I’ve came here, either it was to hang out with friends or to study or do homework for class. The tea isn’t bad. I just came back and I wanted to use my stamp cards. No where does it say that there would be an expiration date on the stamp cards. However they decided that they wanted to implement that. What evers. I still came here for their tea so I decided to get one of their drinks. When my drink came out, so did the smell of bleach from restrooms. The burning smell of bleach radiated the whole store! It was disgusting! Worst boba run I’ve ever had. Who bleaches their restroom in the middle of the day?! You can’t do that at night when you close? You have to have all your customers move outside because of the toxic environment? Why would anyone want to eat or drink here with the radiating toxic smell of bleach? That’s unhealthy and if you are going to clean your restrooms, there are better cleaning methods that won’t radiate the whole store. I’m really sensitive to bleach and I don’t appreciate my nose burning from the smell. I hope that if they do that in the future, they would warn their customers beforehand or better yet please bleach when you close.

My first time to try their boba and it was delicious we got the mango with egg pudding and boba. It’s very yummy! My nieces and nephews love it. Gotta try their other menu on my next visit.

Tenren has been my go to tea place for a several months now because I love their milk tea. Working and living nearby got me coming in everyday for my daily tea run. Recently, I have been coming here so often that the employees start making my drink as soon as I walk in. Raina & Mars always greet me in a friendly way, which make my quick togo experience pleasant, I love their positivity. I tried a several things on the menu, the food is fresh and delicious too.

One of my study spots in Rowland! I’ve been coming here since high school, and the best time is a weekday afternoon because it’s less crowded and just super chill. There’s no wifi password and it’s fast!!! Need that wifi to do work! Weekday nights are okay too but lately the music selection at night has been EDM and it feels like I’m trying to study at a club… but it’s a nice place to chill with friends too. The service is nice and attentive, they constantly check on tables and refill water. They’re helpful when it comes to recommendations as well. My favorite drinks to get are the honey apple green tea and honey osmanthus oolong. Super refreshing but their drinks can be a bit sweet! I always get ¾ or half sugar. They have a large variety of snacks and food choices as well. The Taiwanese snacks definitely have an authentic taste. Taiwanese sausage with garlic is bomb dot com. Parking can get pretty bad, but there is an underground lot in the plaza which usually has a lot of spots :)

I’m kind of sad that I can’t drink anything with caffeine anymore for health reasons because I really love the drinks they make here. Of course majority of it has tea, which has caffeine. I asked the waiter once whether they have drinks that doesn’t have tea, and he mentioned one that didn’t…but it’s basically just a super mild tea with honey and ice… so yeah that didn’t work. I do still come here for the food tho, my favorite is the rice and pork stew thing they have. The soup that comes with it is amazeballs, but I wish they would bring back the awesome side dishes they had before. The side dishes now are just limp veggies or tomato/egg combination that I never eat… By the way, if you have extra time to spend, it’s also good to come here and just chillax. I see people coming here with their laptops drinking that boba.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I love Taiwanese food. It’s not always 100% here, but sometimes it is. Today is one of those days. The Taiwanese noodles are flavorful and perfectly cooked, the tea is done right, but most importantly they have an employee who is ALWAYS perfect. She never misses on the order, always has a smile, never avoids the«I need something» look, and when she serves, I know I’ll leave a happy customer. She’s wearing a badge that says, «Mars.» Good job, Ten Ren… its employees like her that keep me coming back, not just the food.

Got the brown sugar milk icee. So delicious!!! Reminds me of Meow Meow’s brown sugar drink. Warning: it is pretty sweet, but it has a nice flavor(and who doesn’t love sugar?!). Good boba consistency and yummy grass jelly ^_^ The guy taking my order talked so fast it was kinda overwhelming. Guess he was trying to keep things moving but dude… slow down just a little! The drinks came out really fast which was great!

This Ten Ren has been here for a while, and has outlasted some other boba places in this same area. I’m pretty sure it’s because of the quality of their drinks. They actually brew their tea which is much better than the places that use the powdered stuff. The staff is normally pretty friendly too, so no complaints about that. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you order your drink«for here» and sit down, they charge you tax, so you have to order«to go» to avoid it. I believe it’s because in California, any place that serves prepared hot food gets charged tax. Whatever, that’s fine, but they also won’t let you order to go and then sit down. They make you leave. It just makes for a very unwelcoming experience. Would I come back here? Sure I guess, if it’s «to go.»

Review is on a to-go order of green milk tea. — The green milk tea was watery– 2 stars. — Added a star for addressing and fixing the problem without attitude or rolling of the eyes. I think they just added more milk or something. — The wait wasn’t very long, the service was not bad. Pretty much your average tea place.

Been here plenty of times whenever I drop by Diamond Plaza. Their teas are on the sweet side. But I guess you can tell them to make it less sweet. They serve food here too so sometimes I just drop by for lunch. For a tea place that serves food, this is one of the better ones compared to other tea places. They actually have some decent meals here. I wouldn’t say they are the best tasting food, but it gets by.

This is not a place to come to get a hot cup of coffee. If you’re in the mood for something fun and unique, this will satisfy your thirst. They have something for everyone — from tea to coffee and lots of blended fruit juices with boba or jelly. It’s a bit pricey for what it is and the drinks can be very sweet; however, you can ask for less sugar. My group ordered the milk tea coffee with half sugar and we enjoyed them. The hot coffee with the regular amount of sugar was very sweet and more like melted ice cream in a cup. We ended up pouring it over ice and that made it much better. Also, it should be noted that you can’t sit at the tables unless you order food. If you are just going for a drink, it’s to-go only.

Large selection of drinks. Milk teas, iced teas, teazers, milk icees, and even hot tea! There are more drink options here than you can ever imagine. Milk tea flavors: almond, black sugar, hazelnut, honey, salted caramel, strawberry, osmanthus, rose. You can adjust it your way in terms of sugar, ice, hot or cold. You can also add toppings like whipped cream, boba, aloe vera, egg pudding, grass jelly, etc. They also have special milk teas like matcha, coffee, Earl Grey, honeydew, chocolate milk, roasted oolong, osmanthus oolong, and taro. Iced tea flavors: apple, grapefruit, green apple, honey, lemon, litchi, mango, orange, osmanthus, passion fruit, peach, rose, strawberry, and yogurt. Teazer flavors: coffee, grapefruit, passion fruit, honeydew, mango, litchi, yogurt, strawberry, peach, and matcha. Specialty teazers include mango strawberry, lemon strawberry, litchi green mango, peach green mango, Amazon, pudding, passion fruit kumquat, Thai, mojito, taro, passion fruit mango, etc. I had the matcha milk tea and the peach green mango tea. Both were good! I like their boba. It’s soft and chewy. The flavor of the teas is good too. I haven’t had anything else from Ten Ren’s so I can’t say much about their food. But every time I’m here, it’s bustling. People eat, drink, and play cards here. I think I like Half & Half just a little bit more than Ten Ren’s, so I’ll come here if Half & Half is busy.

The service was great. They have phone charging stations with all the plugs you might need at almost every table. It has good atmosphere to eat or just sit alone to study. The music was loud enough to drown out people’s voices but not too loud to distract your studies. Good lighting. I love their hot teas. High quality and they refill the hot water and check up on you frequently so you don’t seem like a moocher.

came for traditional taiwanese shave ice and sat outside to enjoy the warm weather. CON: — service was slow — waitress did not know what was in their mixed beans and took forever to come back to tell us –there are signs outside that says no smoking, yet everyone was smoking and no employee who cared to enforce it PRO: — we had taiwanese style shave ice(crushed ice, not that shave snow crap)

Love Ten Ren’s for a quick drink or snack. This place stands apart from the other tea and boba places because of their premium quality tea and their much improved customer service. To be honest, I didn’t used to come here before because I thought the drinks were a tad bit overpriced and service was just okay, but recently I came back with some co-workers and I really enjoyed everything about this place. You’re able to customize the sweetness of your drink now too which is great because I don’t really like teas that are too sweet. I usually take my drink to go during lunch at work as a quick pick me up to get through the rest of the day which is perfect. I can’t help but come at least once or twice a week now. I’m addicted!!! ahhHhh~! :P Parking can sometimes be a little tough, but I usually am able to find one on the above level. Otherwise, they do also offer additional underground parking. Enjoy all my tea lovers! :)
