Dollar Tree

Bad service. Came here right after dinner & of course my little ones needed to go to the bathroom right away. I asked for a bathroom & they said, «No they’re out of order, «& directed me to a Bajas. Bajas was far & closed & all other surrounding stores were non food retail stores– so they had no bathrooms. So he didn’tmake it.
I struggled to find clean clothes, luckily found some, & changed him in the car. I finally came back back & continued to look. They asked me if i found Baja & I said «No he didnt make it.» Instead of an I’m sorry or other apologies she just gave us a disgusted face. This was really upseting. Who does that to a kid?
Then another potty call. I didn’teven bother to ask after that horrid appalling face. I tried to go Baja again. So I made it but yeah they were closed but kind enoughto let a struggling mama into the bathroom. And of course he still didn’t make it cuz it was too far by the time we got in.
Came back to DollarTree third attempt to shop. Continued shopping or at least I tried. Passed by the back only to see that ONLY the female bathroom had an «Out of order» sign & not the males. & Of course my other little one tells me they gotta go.
I asked my husband to take the little one. So he asks & he gets the same response -«It’s out of order too» Really??? All all your bathrooms are out of order? Really?
How do their employees or any person go to the bathroom around here? Liars!!!
It’s an easy method to keep non customers and unwanted persons like homeless people (as well as customers in the process) from using the bathroom while not discriminating. It’s also lazy as it’s less work having to regulate who are the real customers.
Come on people it’s just a family with little toddlers learningto control their bladder. Take down those false signs & let the public use the bathroom.

Parking is OK here. Not a very busy location, so you can find a spot nearby.
It’s a typical Dollar Tree store. A lot of variety, cheap quality, and good for those on a tight budget. This location can be pretty messy, and I’ve yet to see this place well kept.
I usually go here for something I need with out the quality I prefer.
I don’t usually have any interaction with the associates here. It’s easy to find what you need and only have to talk to an associate when you pay.
Bring your reusable grocery bags here! They charge for plastics bags! I am always prepare, I keep a supply in my trunk!

I hate the customer service at this dollar tree. The two women working 2÷23÷16 need to get new jobs. One of them was an older woman and the other was younger with dark complexion and a black side braid named YESENIA. All they did was stand around and talk trash about other customers in the store. They talked about a small child saying «Remind me to never have kids.» Yes I agree with you, don’t reproduce. This earth doesn’t need any more lazy hateful people like you. Don’t you have better things to do? ASSIST your customers!!! Clean up your store and fix your attitudes.

I really like this store. You find such great deals but the only mess up thing you find here is that they only have one cashier. It can take up to ½ before you are able to walk out even if you need to buy 2 – 3 things. I love the items they have but also they need to change the way the ring the items. It does not make sense that each items has to be scan, one by one. They need to change that urgently so the line does not take so lonng.

Came here yesterday for last minute needed items. No need to panic, they have everything on the list.

The cashier wasn’t friendly at all… just because I was Asian, she assumed I couldn’t speak english, so there was no greet or thank you. While I was walking away, the customers behind were not Asian and I hear the cashier greeting very joyful.

If I could give this store a 0, I would. I was the next customer to the balloon line. The customer in front got over 40 balloons. When it was our turn the person helping just left. We stood there for five minutes and ask the next cashier where she went. She said she went on break and told us to stand in line. When we look at the other line she told us to stand on, it was like 10 customer!!! She didn’t even say she’ll help us. I left!

Only Dollar Tree in the area.
Plaza has tight parking. When the plaza is busy, parking gets rough.
Clean and organized. Found what I needed pretty quickly.

The lines here are the worst! The cashier sees a long line but does nothing about it. Doesnt even call for back up. Seriously there is sometimes so many people in line, like at least 8 people.

This place is very convenient, right across the street from 24 hour fitness that I attend. The workers here are pretty forthcoming and the place is kept tidier than 99 cent store, which isn’t saying much. The price is just right too, $ 1 who can complain?!

I stopped in very quickly today to pick up some gift bags and tissue paper to wrap up some Christmas gifts. The staff is very friendly and quick.

I called to ask if they carry a specific item. The lady who answered the phone sounded like she didn’t want to be bothered. Told me to call again later then didn’t even wait for my response. Just hung up on me. If you don’t want to be bothered then don’t answer it!

Where’s the NEGATIVE star rating ??
Only saw 2 employees working on a busy Sunday afternoon. Not only were they rudely speaking to eachother back and forth but they DIDNT have any BAGS ! Grrrr…
When I asked why they weren’t ordered before they ran out the male employee with the long curly hair «said it wasn’t his job».
Pathetic customer service.
We couldn’t even walk thru the aisles without stepping on all the junk left on the floor.
I’ll spend my dollars somewhere else !

I enjoy purchasing from the store with many products that are reasonably priced, but the service is pathetic. I waited in line and the lady left without telling me she closed the register. Then the lady from the long line told me the line was there, like I was some sort if idiot!

It’s the Dollar Store, not much is to be expected, but I really love coming here for educational workbooks for my 4 year old. Great price!

Honestly, I can find things I need here for either work or for miscellaneous items.
The last, most recently, was for my mom’s birthday. I was in need of balloons and I knew that they have the best prices here. Of course, it’s the DOLLAR TREE peeps… so their balloons are only a BUCK! I bought four and they were all so cute. Not only for the ballons, that I come here; but I come for small seasonal items when I’m working. I will travel to any dollar tree store just for small items like… stickers, glue sticks, art project items, scissors, and if they have it… FELT.

Came here with my fiancé and mother last night after dinner, looking for some more things for my upcoming nuptials. I was pretty happy with some of the things that I scored for only $ 1 each (about $ 1.10 after tax). The aisles were easy to walk through and it was pretty easy for me to find everything that I was looking for.
Staff was helpful, but few in number.
Most of this stuff is probably made in China though, so not too sure if you have certain reservations about that, but I’m pretty happy with it (except I wouldn’t buy dog toys for my dogs here because I wouldn’t want to risk them getting sick or poisoned or something… same with maybe food items here… sorry Dollar Tree, nothing personal but yea.)
Anyways, parking was plentiful (this location is located in the same plaza as Barnes and Noble, Marshals and Baja Fresh).
One last thing, make sure you bring a bag, if not, you will either end up carrying all of your items out the door with you or pay 10 cents for a bag.

Went there on Valentine’s Day (yea…) :(
Actually to get some necissities for home, I did have a hard time finding some items that I’m use to seeing an abundance of (ie socks, make up, etc), but other than that, for being in that area (it gets packed w/​people), it was actually pretty decent, maybe it was because it was Valentines, but then again I’ve gone to the one in Monterey Park, there’s usually a ton of people buying out the Balloons/​Valentine stuff, they did look like they got ransacked w/​the Valentine items there though…, but yea it wasn’t crowded, and was able to walk around w/​out having people allover the place & making it appear like your in their way to get the same stuff you get…(you get it), it was a nice shopping experience at this Dollar tree thats all I’m going to say… parking wasn’t too bad too.

Hot summer days and leather car seats don’t mix too well. Swung by the Dollar Tree to pick up a mesh lumbar support for my car. Call me an old man, but that ventilation is crucial for long drives and I’m not about to rock those bamboo seats.
Cleaner-​looking than the 99 Cent Only store in RH, and friendly staff!

Some outlets attract people like sheep this one attracts people who are cheap. I love the dollar tree store and this one in particular. The store was well-​organized, plenty of stock, the service was decent. Its proximity to the 60fwy and spot in the plaza make it a great place to shop. They had many of the same items most stores had and some uniqueness.
Everything you would except in a dollar tree store but this one also had 1 dollar brooms, 1 dollar toothbrushes and a gift bag with an african-​american family next the the usa bag. They had the plastic green cups for st pattys day and stickers. I enjoyed all the dollar items in the kids section from toys to gadgets, to coloring books and reading books. I purchase some grocery items at time too.
This store was rather comfortable and I ended being here longer than I shoud be. I left with only a couple of bags but the awesome party favors I saw are in mind for my next visit.
