He get the job done, but not the way you like it.
First off, I had him to come and clean/​repair my DE filter. $ 90 for cleaning, and he want $ 85 for a top manifold. That’s something $ 30−40…even i know about it. Car dealership don’t mark up their parts for over 100%, you see it at this pool guy.
Anyway, this is okay for me. He need to put food on his table. I understand he need to make some money. But the thing is, if you charge over the average, then you better do a better than average job!
My back yard is now covered with DE powder! DE powder is all over the place… This makes me extremely mad.
By the way, when he came this afternoon, he opened my living room sliding door, which set off the burglar alarm… seriously !!!

Thanks to James Kim, my pool is a go for summer parties! By far the most professional and meticulous pool cleaner that I’ve come across. You can just tell he’s a perfectionist by the way he works. He even cleans the pool in the rain. That’s how legit he is.
