I spend $ 50 for a wax job, when they are done, there are wax still on my car that has not been wipe off. THIS PLACE SUCKS. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD CAR CARE.

Sucks。。。really sucks this car wash. I spent $ 45 for this… $ 45 car wash. Never come here again.

I wish I can give them 0 star if I could. Terrible car wash and rudeness service I ever had. This place is usually a go to place when I need a car wash service since 97′ but since the ownership change few years ago, everything seems change. My car wasn’t clean inside out and they never care about it even though I complaint it. Spent 45 bucks for nothing done right. Plus, the manager is very rude to me. Definitely not worth to try all Unilocalers if you have plenty of time and money to waste. At least I won’t come back anymore…

This place is the worst car wash I have been to. I spent $ 65.99 for carpet shampoo and premium wash. There are still stains, trash, and dirts everywhere after. They are the worst of worst.

Price went up another dollar to $ 12.99… service remained the same = shitty. Waited here for almost one hour for a basic car wash… My car sat there for 40 minutes and it virtually dried itself… WTF… after i got home, i spent another hour wiping down the waterspots and all the red lent from their towels with spray wax… No more going to this place for me. ..

Around $ 13 for a basic hand car wash including vacuuming of the interior, not too bad although you’ve got to inspect the car before leaving (they forgot to dry one of my side mirrors)
1) drive up and wait for the ticker to give you a receipt for your selected wash
2) LEAVE YOUR KEYS IN THE IGNITION, there’s a sign that says they charge $ 3 if you forget
3) Pay for your car wash at the register (inside is kind of like a convenience store if you need a snack or some car accessories_​
4) hand them your receipt when you pick up your car
it was pretty busy when we came so from drop off to pick up was probably around 40 minutes. we just walked around Hong Kong Plaza to pass time.
NOTE: $ 20 minimum on credit cards
ONE GRIPE: one of the workers tried to sell me windshield repair services while i was there. no thank you don’t try to hustle me

Very rude service and not clean at all. They refuse to clean more after the customer complain. And very rude to customers. Won’t come again!

Worst car wash I have ever been to. They rushed the job, I paid 18.99 for the ‘platinum’ wash but I just wonder what’s different than a regular wash that’s worth 12.99. My car is literally still dirty when I picked it up and did not meet my satisfaction. My interior was still dusty, the front of the car is still very ‘bird shitty’. I tried to talk to the guy but he thought I was annoying. Wow. I would never go back to this car wash anymore.

If there were negative stars, I’d so give them that. I have always come to this car wash, because it is the closest one to where I live. I have never really checked on the Unilocal reviews for this place. Now I know why they only have two stars and such poor reviews. They cracked my windshield when they put it through the carwash a week ago when I got my car washed. Specifically how the damage was done via their car wash facility? I don’t know and can’t tell for sure, but they did the damage. The employees admitted that it was their fault and asked me to come back to talk to the owner, which I did.
The owner flat out denied any responsibility and was utterly unreasonable and evasive. The crack’s a medium size, wasn’t there at all before the carwash. The employees examined the car before put it through the wash and if there’re existing damages, they would notify the owner; just so that everyone is on the same page and in the clear. Before my car was washed, they examined it and pointed out two places at the right back passenger side, and of course I acknowledged the existing scratch and dent. We did a walk through, made sure there’s nothing else. Obviously the crack wasn’t there on my windshield.
I pointed out the fact to the owner that even his employees have admitted that it’s their fault and the crack wasn’t there before the carwash. The owner replied that he’d fire them for admitting any fault. I called him out on that and questioned his morality. That he’s gonna fire the guys who told the truth? Unbelievable.
The crack would probably cost a mere $ 20 to fix and won’t exceed say $ 50 at the very most. But the owner has recklessly overlooked the fact that his conduct and response to the situation not only demonstrated his lack of morals, lack of a better judgement, lack of common sense in doing business, but also exposed the fact that he’d have no problem exploiting and threatening his employees when it suits him. The owner has completely missed the fact that this is also going to cost him his name and business sooner than he thought.

This carwash really sucks! I had my car washed there yesterday. this is what i found afterwards their svc guy signalled that the job is done. I chose the Platinum wash which cost me $ 18.99.
soap and soap marks (dried) on the left, right, front, and back (glass).
inside of liftgate and hood were wet/​dripping.
didn’t put the air-​freshener i requested.
the carpet esp on the side of driver’s seat was not vacuumed at all. i can still see sand on it.
and no tire-​dressing and no interior dressing, just wiped off the dash probaly using a damp and dirty cloth. I had to ask the guy to do it when it was already part of the package and paid for.
the worst part is there were wax marks on the inside of my windshield which really bothered my view of the road. I guess he used a cloth which has been used to put conditioner on the interior
WARNING! DOI NOT EVEN THINK OF CONSIDERING GOING THERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I don’t want to give them even one star, terrible experience there.
I paid 19.98 dollars which was the platinum level to wash my car. They finished quickly, when I got to my car, I saw so many dirty spots on. I asked them why, they said it was because I paid the regular price, not the platinum one.
I returned back to the cashier and got back my receipt, then they finished the «rest» quickly within 5 minutes which only cleaned up some spots I pointed to him and sprayed air freshener. That’s it!
Terrible car wash, never come back again!

This place used to be 5 star. Now max 1. Their job is to clean the car, which they epic failed.
I especially old then I only need wind shield and front hood clean up due to weekend long distance drive to SF.
Guess what! Yes they still failed. The hood was sooooooo dirty still. I ended up wipe my own hood with their clothe. Cuz nobody give a shit about my complaint!
If you wanna pay for someone to do the job but it end up you did it yourself. Will you ever come back? Hell NO!

Slow and not clean after 45 mins. The waiting area is hot with no ac. They say they honor competitors coupons but you have to print it out.
Most upsetting was all the dust and dirt marks left on my car seats that wasn’t even wiped. The guy told me I was suppose to tell the vacuumer…

This place is a joke! I came for a wash and they tell me after the fact that I need to pay extra for dog hairs. They are clearly not looking to continue in business. The place took way too long to do a simple wash and under staffed. So upset at the poor service and lack of communication. I paid 14 bucks and 2 $ tip and they asked for 4 $ more to get a lil dog hair cleaned up. Ridiculous. Never coming here again.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Got the $ 18.99 «Complete» wash and more like a LOUSY wash.

I wish I can give (negative) ratings!!! This place has gotten really crappy, I came here today for a $ 11.99 car wash and they did nothing!
When I got my car it was still dirty, the inside was not vacuumed, my trunk was not vacuum, and the outside of my car had water stains.
I went to ask the manager why my car is still so dirty and he told me if I pay $ 100.00 more he can make it super clean! WTH if they can’t even wash my cars exterior correctly for $ 12, how the heck can I trust them to clean my car for $ 100.
Also, why offer a $ 12 car wash if you can’t even wash a car???
Time for this place to go out of business!!!

This is my first time getting a professional car wash. I chose this place because it was convenient and close to work. They have an early morning special mon-​thurs $ 8.99.
Everything about the place is not organized. I parked my car and walked inside to ask for a car wash… she told me to pull my car around the side and get a ticket… then bring it back in to pay. Alright… not difficult…
I pull around like instructed and I see car wash machines with some cars lined up in front of them. I see no one around but I do see a sign for cashier so I get out of my car to head that way. Well. half way there a lady yells «excuse me miss, your key!» I turn around completely confused. I see a lady and a man standing there in a red shirt (presumably their uniform). She hands me my ticket and instructs me to leave the key in the car. No smile… just very quick and to the point.
I turn to leave when the man asks to speak to me. He will talk to you like he’s doing you a favor… pointing out a crack on your window and basically saying a crack is a weak spot and when we wash cars water goes from hot to cold quickly and we won’t be responsible for your window cracking under the quick temperature change (way to freak your customers out man). Well I figured I’d risk it since I really needed the car wash.
I go back inside with my ticket and let the lady know I’ll be leaving the car here all day and will be back after work.
around 5 i head back to the lady where I paid and tell her the make and model of the car i’m picking up. She responds dismissively saying I have to ask one of the guys outside. I head outside to find everyone in red busy. When I get someone he finds out which one in red cleaned my car.
The guy that cleans my car retrieves my key. He tells me he wasn’t aware that I was picking up the car after work. Apparently he thought someone was playing a joke on him when after he finished washing the car no one picked it up for hours (no communication at this company whatsoever). My car looks a lot better than when it came in… I ask him about certain parts of the car that still look dirty… he says the car needs detailing (for which he’s not sure how much they charge because they don’t communicate much with that side of the business). He also says he really tried to work on it but they rushed him.
I felt the guy who cleaned my car was honest but that there is a serious lack of communication here… the other people however could use a lesson in customer service from their guys that are washing the car. It seems the people giving out the tickets and collecting the money don’t appreciate the workers and are all about a quick turnover.
Also the cashier never told me I had to produce the receipt after the car wash in order to retrieve my car. I assumed it was the type of place that would remember your face. Not only do they need to communciate with the workers… they need to communicate with the customers.

I don’t like solicitors and apparently you can’t avoid it here. Don’t be fooled: A guy in a red top like all the staff at the car wash tells you about chips on your windshield. NOT the car wash employees, just decline and move on. Don’t worry, your windshield isn’t going to crack right away. If you’re really concerned, go to a reliable shop. Especially through your insurance, nowadays they have repair/​replacement policies included.
go during odd hours when it’s bright out when you can, avoid the crowd and you can see how clean/​dirty your car is after the wash, so stick around.

This has got to be the Slowest and Most expensive car wash in town.
Washing my car on Wednesday and it’s taking over 1 hour. I won’t recommend this place for people on the go.

Was waiting outside and the lady next to me struck up a conversation saying she thought my shoes were nice and then 2 others joined our conversation. Later on realizing we all got charged different prices for the same basic wash. The lady who’s a regular here said on Tuesdays car washes are 9.99 but I got charged 11.99 and the guy next to me got charged 10.99. We all drive small sedans, so the size of the car wasn’t the reason. When we asked the cashier she later says that we didn’t mention the Tuesday special… How the fuxk am I supposed to know if I’ve never been here before?!
Then the lady who got the 9.99 wash asked me if I had received a stamp card… Which I never did cause I was never offered one. So me and the two others go in and ask for a stamp card. The cashier rude as eff rolls her eyes and throws them on the counter…
To be completely honest, I haven’t gotten my car back yet to let you know how good they cleaned it. But what I can tell you is that I’ve been sitting here for over 55 minutes now and I’m PISSED
okay. So I just got my car back. I’ll post pictures in a bit. But to summarize it:
Water marks on my bumper
Cup holder is untouched (dirty as hell)
And there’s still a shit ton of dirt on my dashboard
