Easy Pools does such a good job maintaining my pool. I recommended them to my friend who is currently working with them for a design and build project. They are very happy as well. I would recommend them to anyone as a resource for anything swimming pool related. Thanks for making me look good to my friends I refer, and to those that get to experience my back yard! Lol

Love Easy Pools for new pool construction, and maintenance. All friendly guys and quick response time.

Do NOT use easy pool for weekly service. They have turn over of employees and every week you’ll have a different person show up who does NOT know what they are doing. They come for 2 minutes and call it a day.
Their service guy stood on the coping in our hot tub and broke it. Then when we called them they tried to deny they broke it – even though it was witnessed when the guy fell in the pool because he broke it.
They constantly leave our gate unlocked which is a huge liability!
And today was the last straw. Another new guy came out and dumped a ton of chlorine into our salt water pool. The chlorine levels are off the charts worse than if we had shocked it.
And on top of everything when you call them they will NEVER call you back.
Save yourself Time, Aggravation and Money! Do NOT hire them!

Was considering a new service for my pool. Based on their advertisements and emails, I though easy pools might be a good option.
I asked to get a quote on bi-​weekly service like I get today
They called me back 2 days later
A) They told me they are not accepting new customers –yet they are emailing me and soliciting my business and their website encourages asking for quotes with no mention of not taking on new customers
B) They then tell me they will only do weekly service — yet per their website «. In addition to weekly and bi-​weekly maintenance, we also offer general repair services» — so much for consistency in their offering
I am glad to know they have enough business to turn away customers — good for them. But when they are inconsistent in their comments it speaks to major credibility concerns and then would make me hesitant to want them to care for my pool

Charlie with Easy Pools does great work for our business. Very easy to work with and is proactive in letting us know what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed… and needless to say always makes the pool look great.

Easy Pools really impressed me. They gave a great deal of personalized attention to my pool resurface/​retile job. They communicated throughout the process and paid attention to even the small details of tile placement on my steps. They were perfectionists. Kudos to Easy Pools for a job well done.

Joseph, our tech, with Easy Pools does an outstanding job! He is professional, dependable, friendly, and honest. He is prompt in fixing any issues we have and is excellent at communicating with me! He makes owning a pool simple!!!

I have used many pool company’s in the last 20 years. Easy Pool has been the best that I have worked with by far. Not only is the maintenance timely and the people professional, but they are always very helpful in giving me information as to cost versus performance of items that may need to be replaced. They can do anything you need with your pool, no outside sub-​contractors !
I had them re grout my pool (negative edge) and they did it better than new, did it in 3 days which is unheard of in the pool world and about half the cost~
You pay slightly more (a few dollars) but it is so worth it for the quality of service and you don’t have to leave work to watch them. They have shown up that same day to help me in case of a emergency. So they are great~
I just had Rotator cuff surgery two weeks ago so I am writing with one arm and in pain, …just so you know i must think them the best~

Easy pools saved the day for us!
Our pump went out and Easy Pools brought us a new pump and got us going again just in time for our Community Water Therapy Clinic to open. We would of had to cancel the day of services if Rick, Jonathan and Portland had not come together to resolve our issues in a timely manner. They communicated with me easily and reassured me that we would be able to serve the needs of our clients.
They are very consistent with taking care of all my special requests and in keeping our pool running and properly sanitized. I highly recommend Easy Pools!

Really appreciate the service and the attention to detail that Easy Pool gives me. The staff is very positive and helpful in keeping my pool cleaned and my account up to date. I was first introduced to Easy Pools based on my previous pool service provider not being available to come and make a repair. (It was the beginning of the summer season and every company was swamped.) They put me in contact with Easy Pools, who arranged to have a service technician come out sooner than later because I was having guests in town over the weekend. I really appreciated their working to accommodate that need! Once they arrived, they were able to make the repair quickly and reasonably priced! The day after, I then experienced an unrelated issue. I will say that it did take several calls to ultimately get them to come back to take a look at this second problem, but when Joe Hernandez did come out, he was able to easily figure out the problem (motor had debris). He didn’t charge us because he felt that this issue should have been recognized when they came to replace the start capacitor to begin with, because he made the repair with just the use of a screwdriver, as well as the fact that I had to place several calls before they ultimately came out. To add to the good customer service that I received, Leah, in their office, called me the next day just to be sure that everything had been resolved satisfactorily. I would indeed recommend Easy Pools!

Consistently delivers cleaning service to my swimming pool every week.
Easy Pools staff now «know» the particular needs of my pool; equipment, areas for special attention, times of year when tree foliage creates issues, etc.
Positive staff and they bring their own materials so that I do not need to make a separate run to the retail pool store.
Like much.

Easy Pools just cleaned my cousin’s pool in Round Rock and they did a great job!

Poor service. Pool wasn’t skimmed, filters weren’t cleaned out, pool vacuum bag wasn’t emptied. Only chemicals dumped in pool. This happened on several occasions. I emailed several people at the company about my concerns, did not receive a reply from anyone. I had a question about charges on my bill… they were quick to respond to that… with sarcasm. Poor service coupled with unprofessionalism has led me to terminate their service.
