Keller Williams agent Tim Hardeman made my first time home buying experience so simple! He was extremely attentive to what I was looking for and once we found the right place he was so on the ball to make sure my offer was accepted. Communication was on point and he worked with me on an extremely short time frame to find the perfect place. We made an offer the day my place hit the market, and he took it upon himself to do all the work for me to ensure that my dream condo didn’t slip away.

Tim knows a lot about the North Fulton market. Especially the downtown Roswell and Canton Street areas. He told me about listings that weren’t on the market yet which helped because there aren’t many houses for sale right now. He’s professional and I would highly recommend him if you’re thinking about buying or selling a house.

Today, we closed on our first home AND our dream home. If it weren’t for Tim, I’m not sure we would have gotten here.
The realtor we worked with before boasted 25+ years of experience, but became inattentive and indifferent to our success after viewing «too many homes». Tim was immediately different. Once the offer was accepted, Tim was essential is pushing through to closing. We jumped over unusually high hurdles to secure financing and other factors, but luckily Tim went an extra mile to fill in the gaps we could not fill ourselves.
