Ashlee did an outstanding job as our real estate agent. My wife and I were a little unfamiliar with the home buying process given this was our first home purchase and Ashlee was able to guide us through every step of the way. She provided advice on key things to look for when buying a home and kept us organized and on track with the various decisions that needed to be made.
Ashlee is also adept at writing contracts that protect her clients best interests. She included a temporary occupancy agreement that protected us while the previous owners rented back from us.
