The men’s bathroom stinks and smells like urine. There is gum in the sink. The bathroom stall walls are falling off. I’ve told a manager about this before. What good is the bathroom check log if they leave the bathroom smelling like urine. Gross!!!

Went in to grab a few things for dinner and left with nothing. Produce section is beyond bare. Had about 7 yellow onions to pick from. Might be waiting for a shipment to come in but with how little produce they had, you’d think they are about to go out of business.

My husband and I visited this Kroger because we were in the neighborhood and needed to swing in and grab a few things. That being said, if this is not your regular shopping store and you need to run in and grab a few quick items, don’t do it. This is the worst laid out store I have ever seen. No rhyme or reason to the placement of items and we never did locate the sour cream. They might want to consider hiring a new merchandiser. We spent more time pacing the store looking for things than we saved by swinging in to this store. On a good note, prices are always great just like at every Kroger and the checkout lanes here were fast and efficient.

I really like this Kroger. They always have great deals. The meat department always has what I want in stock unlike several other Krogers in the area. Miss Jackie upfront, I’ve known for several years. she’s always awesome, wears a smile on her face, and has a pleasant disposition. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is very friendly. Mr V, the manager, always helping out not afraid to bag groceries or to go out and get carts out of the parking lot. I really enjoy a variety of sliced meat from the deli and the young lady that works in the deli department always a pleasure to work with I write down my list of how much meat I want and how many pounds I want to eat and I can continue to shop and when I’m done I go back and she has it all ready for me to go so I don’t have to wait in line and I give her the opportunity to do it at her loser I love that.

I like this Kroger because of Mr. John the meat man. I use the self-checkout so the lines are of no consequence to me. It could definitely be a lot cleaner. Everything feels cluttered. The associates seem clueless quite often, but I normally know what I’m going in for, so it’s normally just in and out. It is open 24 hours, so there’s

This has been my neighborhood Kroger for years and it always disappoints. It is difficult to find food without artificial ingredients, the customer service is dreadful, and it could be cleaner. My usual experience with this Kroger is that I can’t find something I need(because the store is laid out so counter-intuitively) and I can’t find anyone to ask where it is, and if I do find someone they are rude. I try this Kroger periodically to see if it improves. So far nothing doing.

Had a terrible experience… was searching for bananas… simple, easy… and all they had was GREEENNNN… and I mean GREEENNNN… made things like grass look like it was yellow! Stay away from this KROGER!!! Also, the store is arranged where you cannot find things… total disaster

Between this location and the one at 8465 Holcomb Bridge Rd., I prefer the latter. My recent visit to this location was my first. This Kroger reminds me of how the Kroger in Milton on Windward Pkwy and Hwy. 9 appeared at least nine years ago, before renovations. The one mitigating factor about this location is that it is open 24 hours.

This store is like the poor cousin of the other two close by Kroger stores. This one has a very weird layout, is in constant renovation which never seems to help, and has clueless staff. I once asked someone in the meat department if they had any grass fed beef and was told all the beef was grass fed. At Christmas my husband asked the meat department guy to check in the back to see if they had any beef tenderloins and the man said he didn’t know what that was. All the meat and chicken on the shelves seems to be low end. The produce department is the only reason I ever shop there. It is clean and has a nice selection. I don’t think I ever have the same checkout clerk twice. They seem to have huge staff turnover, unlike the Publix just down the road which is much friendlier and they always help me take big loads to my car. I have to say the prices are good and if you shop the ads with your card you can save quite a bit. The fuel points are another big bonus.

Meh. No one in produce ever speaks or helps, the meat folks are always laughing/chattting/nice.(I know its dorky, but I LOVE the ‘moo-ing’ cows in Dairy, always makes me laugh(as do the chickens over the egg dept). The store has its own odd logic.(I guess is suburbia, very little off the beaten path items). Cashiers are hit-or-miss(am guessing the same for mgt. Easy parking. cheaper than publix…

Love this grocery store! The meat department is always full, the produce is awesome, and everyone that works there is super friendly! They are never out of anything. even during they crazy snow storms we experienced in Atlanta I was able to find everything I needed! Spring is coming and the flowers here are always great!

I don’t shop here anymore, though my husband tends to go there, so perhaps my take on the store is purely my own. I am not a fan of the deli counter set up(order on the screen, come back 15 minutes later) and prefer to have a face to face with the staff. I have called looking for specialty items and was laughed at while Publix down the road actually went and checked the shelves(yes I was looking for dairy free cream cheese for a friend). The store layout is fine, the produce is usually good, and the prices are fair. Overall I just don’t ever feel welcome in this store.

Five stars for the meat department man. He has worked there for years. Knows every answer to every question I ever have. Or he finds it out for me. The service manager not so much. It was 10:05 I had just gotten off work. He over charged me $ 3.00 for chapstick. I said could you fix this please he said no refunds after ten I already counted my drawer. To bad. You can’t return it because you were overcharged or be returned the money because you were overcharged. Not really a solution.

This is the newest Kroger in the suburban Roswell area in and around Holcomb Bridge Road. 1st star — Easy in/out parking; Shell station on-site Multiple entrances with lights make this an easy grocery store from which to escape. There’s also a Kroger fuel points compatible Shell station on the corner. 2nd star — Decently organized I usually find Krogers to be confusing in their layout, but this one is relatively tame. Household items on the left and middle. Dairy, beer and meat on the back wall. Freezers in the middle. Produce and deli on the right. I get the least lost in this Kroger in this area. 3rd star — Relatively clean I like this location because it’s newer and seems cleaner. Lost 4th and 5th stars — Horrible meat counter I walk past the meat counter in this store and sigh. I really don’t want to have to go to the Alabama Road Kroger for meat, but I have to do that, or go to Publix. This location’s meat counter looks so «ew» and picked over, it’s sad.

This is a big suburban grocery store. I was generally impressed with everything I saw here. Good beer and wine selection, good produce selection with a fair smattering of the non-standard vegetation. The layout was a bit confusing, but it had everything I was looking for, including obscure things like cardamom(which is rather a pain to find outside an ethnic grocery store). If I’m in the area, I’ll consider dropping by again.
