Dirty, not very nice woman who did my facial. Tried to get me to join the club and pay money up front, but while she was doing something else i googled and saw all the people who complained of losing their money when these places closed down on them after they paid steep fees for packages. Also she said the product she used on me was organic and it wasn’t. Needless to say I won’t be going to ANY faceILLogic locations ever again.

The worst customer service I have experienced while trying to book a service. I am new to the area and was excited to buy a groupon and tryout a massage. I called to ask about availability and if their therapists were able to do massages on pregnant women. The first woman I spoke to said yes and yes. Then while trying to complete the service she asked me to hold and put another person on the phone. This lady told me the $ 47 dollar groupon didn’t exist and that there was a $ 44 or $ 59 dollar option. I then said great I’ll do the $ 44 option and she said I had to pay groupon what they listed. I said ok and the she said she needed to charge me $ 35 additional for being pregnant. I asked why and she said I needed to lay on my side not on my stomach. That made 0 sense for and up charge. She then said she would upgrade me if I bought the $ 59 groupon. I was starting to feel that this was a very long and complex process to book a massage but I agreed and began to look for the groupon. There was only a $ 64 facial on groupon. I told her this and she said«well I guess you will have to pay $ 64.» I explained that I went from booking at $ 47 massage to a $ 64 massage bc of issues in pricing that she was having with groupon. She then told me it wasn’t her problem it my my issue with groupon. I told her that I found her to be unhelpful and she told me to look for services else where and that I was endangering my baby by not wanting the $ 35 upgrade. Then she hung up on me!!! I am beyond offended and will never use their services or recommend this salon.

Had a massage and facial. I think I died and went to heaven for my facial. A facial with extractions where I don’t have red marks for hours or days, yes please. Well done Facelogic! I feel awesome. Eminence products are great.

Facelogic Roswell is close to home and a convenient location. They have memberships for monthly facial or massage. Prices for facials and massage with a membership are a little cheaper. Everybody at this location is very friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. I have had a great experience so far at a Facelogic Roswell.

Stephanie is great for facials and waxing. The wax used here is the only kind that doesn’t make my skin break out. I like that everything is very affordable and you can customize your facial to whatever you need. Also, Josh is a great massage therapist who works with a lot of athletes. My neck felt so much better after just one massage!

As a regular customer of Groupon, I went to Facelogic on Saturday for a massage appointment. They redeemed the Groupon. When I arrived at the location, the attendant at the front desk immediately gave me a set of paperwork for me to sign before the treatment. This paperwork was a precondition for me to get the message service. I read the form and it stated that«the company was relieved of any liability in the case of negligence or abuse». I refused to get the massage under such pretenses since Facelogic is clearly willing to evade any responsibility in the event of a case of «malpractice». After considering this very questionable state of affairs on the spot, I decided to walk out from this nefarious business venture without getting the service I was supposed to receive. It is beyond my comprehension to observe that this type of shallow and irresponsible business operation is allowed to legally function. It is abundantly clear that their practice is against the immediate interest of their customers when they are ready to dodge any responsibility after their potential infliction of harm to their clients, including the feasibility of a situation that may victimize their customers under the perimeter of «unspecified» formats of abuse. It is also appalling that Groupon is having within its list of business referrals this category of establishment that function under the shadow of potentially dangerous business practices.

I have been a member of FaceLogic for at least 4 years and I truly look forward to my facials each month! A facial for me done by my Esthetician is like a holiday at the beach… so relaxing and invigorating at the same time! I am a Rep for a major beauty company so my skin looking great is very important to me. I love, love, love my Esthetician, but I’m not going to say who it is because she is so amazing I have enough trouble getting an appointment with her now without turning you all on to her, too!

I have been a member since March 2012 and I have been very pleased. The spa is clean and welcoming and they have a wide selection of facials to choose from and the prices can’t be beat. I see Erin and she has made a major improvment in my skin, as i was dealing with many issues. I look forward to this slice heaven once a month!

The business is very clean and professional. They have a good selection of products from top lines, and a nice location in quiet suburbia. However, I was not a fan of their spa set up. There are basically booths that each technician has to work on your face. There is a separate«room» with no ceiling for the massage table. Any kind of talking is heard throughout, as clients are not in separate rooms, so it makes it feel a little busy. Also, my technician’s breath and hands smelled like cigarettes, which is not okay when her livelihood is having both close to someone’s face. I’m not sure if I’ll go back, but I’d recommend it as a fit for someone who can get services here during the week(when it’s quieter) or someone who is on a budget.

I got a groupon for a massage/Facial. First they did not ask me if i opted for the massage or facial and then did not check if I was comfortable having a male or female masseuse. I then signed up for the deep tissue massage– additional $ 10 but they assigned a male masseuse who was pretty new(1 month) who was so «gentle» that all he did was put on the scrub and wiped it off. What a rip off. They should ensure first time customers have a good experience. Besides that, the place was clean.

I found out about Facelogic on Groupon. I had a facial and peel with Jessica. The employees are very friendly and the set up is very interesting. There is a large room that has several stations with dividers in it. The room is very peaceful, spa music, low lighting. I know there is a membership plan for Facelogic but they didn’t push it on you to join, just informed you of it. They also recommended a few products(just the right amount– again, not trying to force sales). I will def. be returning!

This is a great spa! The people are friendly and professional, and they offer a great facial and body massage. And they are reasonably priced! Its a great find!
