Travel Style Luggage

I dropped off a piece of luggage on July 15^th to have a wheel repaired. I wanted to use it for a trip that I had planned for a little over two weeks later. After about a week and a half I hadn’t heard from them. I called and was told that the luggage had not been fixed and it would not be repaired in time for our trip. I was disappointed but understood that the part had to be ordered and it takes time.
We went on our trip and returned. About a week or so after our return, I still hadn’t heard from Travel Style. I called them again. At this point it had been a month, to the day, and the only time I ever go any feedback was when I called them. Now they said that the part is not available and they can’t fix my luggage. Umm… not sure why I had to wait a month to find that out. Now, I have to go out of my way to pick up the, still broken, suitcase in Eden Prairie.
Bottom line: It may be a good place to purchase luggage. The staff was friendly enough. Just DO NOT have them repair luggage!
