I am writing a review about WHBM at Southdale Mall in Edina, MN.
I LOVE the brand and the store at MOA. However, I had couple of returns of items that I bought online and in a store. Two trip I made to Southdale were very disappointing. I do not know if it is management or the staff that is hired: it was not inviting or welcoming at all. The assistants are grumpy and not too thrilled to see you return I guess or may be it is their way to prevent it?! They look disengaged and the vibe I get is I do not want to come to that store. I think I get treated better at a Dollar Store rather than in the store with not so low prices at a prime location. What is wrong with that?

I love this place, it’s my very favorite place to shop. The clothes are gorgeous, well-​made and not made for a teenager. The associates at this location are friendly and helpful and always make me feel beautiful. They put together great outfits and are not pushy at all, even though I usually am a clearance shopper. A+!

All I can say is this place is awesome. I’ve been shopping here exclusively for the past 3 years. Most of the staff are really good at putting outfits together for you. Their jeans are my favorite… soft, comfortable and they wash well. Their clothes are made well too and hold up in the washer. Returns are easy. They run coupon offers monthly and once you spend $ 500 you earn 5% off each item you buy, even sale and clearance items.
