In comparison to other shops in the area, Roseville Liquor has really cheap prices on great wines.
And you wouldn’t think it to look at it; it’s more of a party store than Embassy!
But that doesn’t bother me one bit. If I’m looking for something specific, then I want what I want, right?
I’ve been really getting into riesling, and they had a decent selection. I snagged a bottle of 2004 Domaine Trimbach for a little under $ 20. Considering this is a real riesling and not that crap they sell at Meijer, I was pretty happy and very surprised.
I would suggest RLS if you’re looking for wine — though Embassy is substantially larger, they seem to be more interested in stocking beers. Ah hell, check out both. If you’re looking for something nice, try here first!
