I visited this establishment this morning and I wasn’t pleased at all. I started to order a ham and cheese on a bagel, when the employee stopped to say «We don’t sell ham because the owners are Muslim. I’m sorry». I told the employee that was ridiculous and that I wasn’t gonna get anything. She agreed with me but what could she do? She just works there. I proceeded to tell her have a nice day and I left. In my opinion, as a customer I should be able to order what’s on the menu (the ham and cheese was on the menu) without your religious beliefs being in the mix. I only gave one star because the employee was nice.

I haven’t been to Biggby since the one by my work closed and the one by my house charged extra for whip cream (which is also closed now too). Came here this morning and their steamer was broken. Another strike for Biggby.

I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a coffee shop to know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte, and actually be able to make a cappuccino. I left with a latte after the third attempt. It was nice of them to try I guess.

SO SLOW! The only reason I come here is because it’s close to my house. The drivethru is unbelievably slow all the time, and every time I come I tell myself to drive the extra mile next time to go to Starbucks.

I love the staff, love the drinks. They are always always friendly and they work hard. I love their recommendations and haven’t found anything on the menu I didn’t like!

Expresso drinks always fall flat to me. Drivethru staff is always ready to deny your coupons. I’ve stopped going thru and drive down to Tims or Starbucks now.

Went through the drive thru with my wife and definitely had poor customer service. My wife had a bogo coupon that I put on top of her credit card and frequency card. Handed it to the girl at the window and when she brought it back she rang it for the both drinks in full. And when we brought it to her attention that she didn’t take the coupon off the total she stuttered about it and claimed we never gave her the coupon. She was very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. We will not be going back!

I love ALL the Biggby locations, but this one if my regular stop!
The staff is always very nice, and efficent.
There isn’t a bad item on the menu! I have walked in not knowing what I want, and tell the staff «I want a Grande something, you pick.» and I am NEVER disappointed!
The butter bear taste like a warm worthers original! SO good!
Another plus is Biggby is a Michigan company! Stop sending your money to Seattle, keep it local! :-)

Really just like any other coffee shop out there. Nothing big going on here. Just a coffee shop with wifi and coffee and that’s about all they wrote.

It’s cozier than Starbucks and the crew there is peppy and very cheerful. Good place to play a game, talk, read or surf.
That being said, the Coffee is one dimensional and isn’t given the same degree of importance that Starbucks has spoiled us with. They used to have games but the new owner doesn’t keep any.
Kind of wish they would kick out the guy who does a bad job hiding his porn surfing on his laptop.

The drive through lady is always really nice and friendly. The chai is very good, it tastes more like Oregon than Tazo. They have a punch card loyalty program which offers a free drink (any size).
I just wish they weren’t so expensive. I’d be going three a lot more.

This location has quick/​friendly/​efficient service. Not exactly a high traffic area so the place is never slammed which means it is great for hanging out inside and studying/​using their spotty wifi. The prices for some of their drinks are really high but if you go into any corporate coffee house you should probably expect this by now.

Grande Camel Marvel please!
I treat myself to one of these bad boys every Friday morning. This Biggby location is my fav. Everyone that works here is oh so friendly no matter what!
It’s also not as busy and some of the «other» chain coffee joints in the area which makes it a grerat place to study or get some work done.
Mmmm I think I may have to get one today and break the cycle now that I mentioned it!
