I went in this store yesterday for a service and to learn about some of their products. I was dressed very casually, on my way to pick up my son from preschool and had an infant with me. Even though I was not there to make a purchase I was treated very well and given lots of helpful information. Every person who greeted me was friendly and welcoming even though you wouldn’t normally expect to have a baby in a nice jewelry store. And it WAS nice! I have driven by a lot of these stores but this was the first time I had been in one and it was elegant and spotlessly clean. I would recommend to a friend for sure.

Ok. So I’m getting really pissed with this place! Brought my wedding ring set to get cleaned and replated 2x this year. What happened the first time happened again the second time; which is bad workmanship for rhodium plating. My rings have«watermarks» on them bcz their chemical is(contaminated or old). Whatever they said the first time around. No one should have to wait more than a day for their jewelry to be cleaned. I’ve only waited maybe 15m for my rings to be rhodium plated at Shariff’s Jewelry(free of charge). If they were only closer I’d go every 3 months. I spoke to the store manager and she assures me their jeweler does a wonderful job. Well, if the jeweler does such a wonderful job then my ring shouldn’t have watermarks on them again! They do have a great selection of jewelry but they need to have an onsite jeweler who could resolve such an unacceptable workmanship! I wouldn’t recommend this place for their jewelry insurance.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from them about a month ago. I’ve gotten to wear it for only a few days within the last month though because I’ve had to have them fix it so many times. The first time I sent it to get it sized properly, not only did it come back still too large, almost all of the diamonds were loose inside the prongs. When I held it up to my ear and shook it, you could literally hear them rattle in the setting. When I pointed out the problem, the lady told my fiancé that because I was so excited to be engaged, they decided to size it instead of ordering it in my correct size which would have taken longer. I told her that really wasn’t my call to make and I never indicated that I would prefer to have it sized, I left it to their judgement to decide what was best to keep the integrity of the ring. After I sent it back again to have it resized to the correct size, I specifically asked them to check the stones and make sure they were tightened. When I got it back the second time, the stones were even more loose than the first time! I can actually spin the center stone with my fingers it’s so loose. Since it was their mistake, they made a committment that they would accomodate me and I could come into their Roseville location when their jeweller was there on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, and have him tighting the prongs on site which would only take a few minutes and that way I would not have to give up my ring yet again for several days. Well, now I’ve attempted twice to come into the store to have their jeweller tighten the stones and they have not beeen able to make it work. Today when I called right when they opened, they said the jeweller was there now. I attempted to schedule my fiancé to come in with my ring and have it fixed within the hour and they said the jeweller would be leaving and going to work out of Folsom. It was their mistake and I now have to find a way to take time off work so I can have my ring fixed AGAIN because they refuse to accomodate me for the 10 minutes it will take to fix my ring. Unfortunately the ring has sentimental value now that my fiancé proposed to me with it, otherwise I’m very tempted to take it back and get something somewhere else. I will never give them any future business and I’m really disappointed Rogers is who I’m going to be forced to deal with for the rest of my life whenever I need to get my ring checked.

Terrific experience with Taylor and staff at Rogers Jewelry. I had been looking for a couple of years for my «dream» ring, and went back to Rogers a couple of times and really liked their customer service. So I stopped by in the spring this year during a one-day diamond show and worked with David to design a spectacular ring that incorporated my oval engagement diamond into a new ring with amazing quality diamonds. David came up with a fabulous design that I hadn’t seen in any store I went into, let alone seen on the internet. The customer service that David, Taylor, Shane, and the rest of the store was superb! With several trips back to the store during the process, the staff always offered to polish my other rings and diamond earrings, which was awesome! I received an amazing custom-made ring, in a timely manner, and the staff were always very thankful for my business. Still enjoying my fabulous ring and get comments all the time. I would highly recommend Rogers Jewelry to anyone. Thanks Taylor! I really appreciated all of your kind service!

I have not purchased a ring from Rogers yet but I sure hope someone special does *wink *wink. I went into Rogers because they have art carved rings which are similar to Tacori. I was shocked at their HUGE selection. I have no clue how a man could go in and just pick out a ring and propose. I like to think of myself as helpful so I found two rings I fell in love with and the WONDERFUL sales associate Taylor wrote them down on her card for me to casually slip on my boyfriends nightstand. I have been to a few different jewelers now and really have found nothing that is equally unique or breathtaking like the ones I found at Rogers.

If you are looking for jewelry in a lovely and completely stress free environment, I want to recommend the new Rogers jewelry store at 9217 Sierra College Blvd. in Roseville. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere made me feel calm and welcome, and the array of beautiful things was delightful. Unlike many stores, the associates were helpful, interested and attentive, but not in the least pushy; I was allowed to look around for as long as I wished. Also, I over heard a conversation where one of the associates was helping a young couple pick out wedding and engagement rings; when they told her their budget, she took them right to where they could purchase a lovely set for the amount they indicated. I was amazed, since selling up in such cases is pretty common, yet the associate seemed glad to have them as guests and spent as much time as needed until they were satisfied. I commend the new manager there, Shane Hottel, for this attitude among his staff; he models the behavior he requires. If you are looking for a place to buy jewelry, you should go here first; you won’t be disappointed Ann G.

The location of this place is a long ways away from the original location in Sunrise Mall. While I am happy that they have moved out of the malls, I am not happy that I have to drive over a half an hour just to get my wedding ring and other jewelry checked out. Aside from this the store is very nice. The workers are always nice and I have never had a problem. I came in to have my ring and ear rings looked at and they were able to locate the ear rings my parents bought me ten years ago in their system and they were still under warranty, so I was able to get them fixed. They need a location in Sacramento.
