Got my 97 maxima done within 30 minutes and passed for fitty bux. LC smog check is STAR certified. Only one dude there, as there’s only one dyno. A few parking spots in the back, shared with the auto shop next door. Zero problems for me.

There’s only one man working here when I was there. He’s friendly and pretty fast at what he does. I didn’t have to wait too long and I had two cars before me.

I needed a smog check but I didn’t want to miss work too much so I was looking for one who would open early at 9am. The technician there took my car right away and I got on my way to work in under 20 minutes, I didn’t have my official smog check paper with me at that time yet he said it’s no problem, his system will send a confirmation to DMV and he gave me a smog check certificate too. The whole experience was nice and quick, price is as marked with no hidden fees, definitely will go there again.

I have been going here since around 2005, maybe a little later. I’ve reviewed this as another business, but found that LC is the correct name. Calm waiting room. Prices as posted. Lower than average prices for the area, where some are quite high for some reason. He will explain the problem, let you fix it, then retest, all for the one fee.
I have checked with DMV and they area a STAR station.

Within the first fifteen minutes the owner knew that my truck would not pass the smog check due to a timing problem. He did not charge the $ 50 for the star smog check. In addition he explained the problem that was occurring. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I’ve been here the last 4 – 5 smog checks… with the last two in 2010 and 2012. Our second car needs a smog check this year (2013) and I was planning to bring it here again. Checked Unilocal to see if there were any reviews and saw none… so thought I would add one. This is a good place. It does smog checks quickly and at a good price. For a small car, my last couple of smog checks ran $ 40. I’ll be finding out how much for a minivan this year. Clean waiting room and the shop offered me a complimentary soda the last couple of times I was here. Thumbs up.
