Tried this place yesterday. Its located in a small mall off of Garvey called Vikon Center? Smoking is allowed in this place. Accommodates about 30 people. I ordered an avocado smoothie. They were out of coconut. Cost was $ 6. Guys sat like beavers against the mall playing either card games on kiosks or was it pac-man? I thought I heard power pellets going off. One asian girl was the server in lingerie. This place was nothing like those cafes in Westminister, but on this side of town, you’ll probably not find any. I think the poor tips from customers and community support make these places hard to compete against the boba shops. I would come back when I was extremely bored. Smoothie was average. No restrooms!

I won’t judge harshly if a shop is popular with its demographic. Think: Golden Corral. As evidenced by the large crowd inside, Café Girval is very popular. The place was almost full at 1PM. I have felt like a hillbilly in a Porsche dealership in every VCS I have set foot into, so this is my last. I saw only 1 young lady working, and she was all business. The coffee is strong, a little bitter, and primarily sweet from condensed milk and sugar. Very nicely done. But for only 6 – 8 ounces or less, it’s not worth $ 5. But I came for experience and to do something interesting, and not a good deal on coffee. I got what I came for.

small café. I been here for the first time on a Wednesday. to my surprise they had 2 hot Korean girls instead of some beat up Vietnamese girls. I must say the two were hella fine Korean girls!

I stopped in real quick on a Wednesday at 3 p.m. after getting my hair bleached and was pleasantly surprised to find it quite full(of mostly guys lol)… I ordered an avocado smoothie($ 6) and it was quickly made & served to me by a very pretty girl. I don‘t smoke and I wasn‘t with friends so I didn‘t stay for too long, but it was a good experience nonetheless. I am surprised kus i never noticed this place and I have been going to this plaza for years lol. :)

My lungs hurt, get the picture? Apparently this place is a Tea place where women dressed in Lingerie serve you tea. How do they make money here? I tried a Vietnamese sandwich and it tasted pretty good, but it was pretty small. You can order smoothies and other drinks but people here either sit around talking, playing cards or watch the various football basketball games or play video games. I don’t really see it as a money maker but I never noticed the place in a strip mall that at night is as dark as the Café Givral.

The café sua da(iced coffee) is strong here… Again, no scantily clad women serving my iced-coffee. And it’s also too boughie and clean for a Vietnamese coffee shop. Giving it 4 stars because I’m hoping Givral is just mai peepo mich-belling of «Garvey.»
