My favorite Starbucks to go to, but thank god for noise-canceling headphones to block out the trainer lecturing the poor new guy like he’s her son. I am humiliated for him to my core. Great location, though!

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes and I still have yet to order my drink. I understand it is busy, but geeeez! If understaffed, manager needs to get on it! I would give this location a negative star if I could based on their wait time!

Wow, I just found out from one of the baristas that this location does not carry cold brew!!! It is still on the menu & does not have a sign on it or anywhere for that matter that says they do not carry it!!! I sat down, got comfortable, & started studying already & then went to order & was told this… I asked the barista why they do not carry it, and he said that other stores carry it because it sells but does not sell well at this store!!! So, they can just choose what to sell and what not to sell based on sales?! I did not know that. I definitely have never heard of that!!! Update: I asked a different worker later on during the same visit about the cold brew before leaving, and she said it is seasonal for this store. Okay, still, where is the sign? Current visit: the lady rung up my white chocolate mocha latte separately(iced quad espresso with 3 pumps white mocha, soy, in a Venti cup instead of white chocolate mocha latte with soy) to be cheaper/maybe easier for her, idk, but the guy who made it didn’t fill the cup up with soy milk maybe because of how it was rung up. When I asked for him to please fill the cup with soy milk & said thank you so much twice, he did not say one word back to me. How rude! I am sure it was super hard to add a little bit of soy milk to a cup to make a customer happy. Come on, I spend enough money here to get treated with manners. Every customer deserves to be treated well actually. Isn’t that a fundamental principle in customer service? Also, the 3 pumps of white chocolate mocha is too sweet this time. I had to add half & half. The 3 stars is because this store is wayyy better than the one on Santa Anita Ave & always has an open seat to study thus far(:

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. My co worker and I come in at least 3 – 4 times a week and Konika the employee is amazing! She greets us by name and is also able to point out our signature drinks. Aside from that we always receive our drinks quickly(important when your on your work break) but thank you Konika for making us feel valued!

One of the better Starbucks that I’ve been to. They always greet customers when they walk in, and overall there’s some pretty great employees here. It’s also not as difficult to find seating, in comparison to other Starbucks locations.

This has to be the most convenient Starbucks location for anyone driving on the 10 East freeway heading towards the 605 freeway. There is never any traffic at the exit intersection. The only traffic you might see is the drive-thru line at this location. If there’s a line at the drive-thru and you’re in a hurry, you can easily bust a u-turn right back into the 10 East and continue on your way. The staff here is always friendly and nice with very quick service. I frequent this Starbucks about 4 — 5 times a week and I can tell you that you can almost always exit the freeway, and hop back on in less than 10 minutes.(Unless some inconsiderate douche orders like 20 cups of coffee from the drive thru.) Too bad the Starbucks on the other side of the freeway doesn’t have a drive thru like this one… otherwise life would be perfect!

Nice Starbucks with a drive thru. And it’s a good place to study/get work done. Lots of outlets on the big table. They even have wireless ring chargers for your phone!

I come here during my lunch breaks with my coworkers and I must say it is always busy. I like how they have snacks now, it definitely saves me a trip from stocking up on snacks. They have this Pop Almond Roca Popcorn(the pink bag) that is amazing!!! It is absolutely my favorite popcorn ever, especially if you are a fan of caramel, then you definitely need to get your hands on a bag! The price is only $ 1.95 which I think is a steal, considering Almond Roca isn’t cheap. Just don’t forget to leave a bag for me! BTW if you ever do study or meet up with a friend for a super long chat at Starbucks and you park your car in that parking lot, theres this lady who monitors how long you’re parked there. Apparently theres a parking limit of max 30 minutes, which I think is really short, especially since we would want the possibility of our car being towed to be the least of our worries. So just make sure you are aware of it, I believe they do give warnings, but just in case you have both headphones in and you’re super concentrated on your studies, just have that on the back of your mind. One time I saw 3 cars towed within 15 minutes which was definitely not the prettiest sight.

Service here is super hit and miss. The guy who usually took my order seems to have left. When ordering a decaf, they said they wouldn’t be able to do it which is unusual since most Starbucks will make it with some wait, which isn’t s a big deal since most things they make require a wait. After inquiring a little further, they finally said they could make it although with a bit of attitude. They also charged me a little more even though I brought my own cup. I know it’s only a 10 cent discount but if I made the effort to bring my cup into the store, I’m going to want that discount. I’m going to guess the cashier is new but the overall lack of attention at this place is off-putting. I won’t be coming back to this Starbucks.

Slightly further than the others closer to home but I love dropping by here when I’m on my way somewhere because it’s one of the few Starbucks that has drive-through. Only problem is that even though in hidden behind Del Taco, everyone and their moms know about this place and does the drive through as well, so the line gets super long at times. I think a lot of people doing drive-throughs tend to buy in bulks. Either way… love the drive through concept… in the car or in the store, you’ll be waiting either way. Great service. Friendly people.

Since my last review, I have graduated from extra caramel drizzle to other tasty drinks, so I decided to update my last review. I have lately participated in the Frappaccino Frenzy and I’m loving my choices so far. Meanwhile, every drink has been exactly what I have asked for so I have added my fifth star for this update. The baristas and customer service crew all work very hard in this location. I am hardly ever dissatisfied. Oh and on one particular experience someone ahead of me paid for my drink in the drive-thru because the Barista or cashier had paid for hers. On that note, happy workers that pass in good customer service and sometimes free drinks makes for a happy place on earth to escape to once in a while. Thanks Starbucks for being a true star. Starbucks makes me happy

Great location if you are taking the 10 East. It is right off the Flair exit. They have a drive-thru. I came here to see what all the hype was about regarding the Flat White. Grande Flat White — $ 4.45 Grande Flat White w/Soy Milk — $ 5.05 Overall, to me, it was a very milky espresso. Soy Milk sweetens it up a bit compared to the normal one. I was pretty wired the rest of the day after drinking one grande. Sad that my drink did not have that brown dot you see on all the pictures. They need to work on that presentation skill. I still would rather stick to black coffee over this fanciness.

I love this place, employees are always nice and friendly. My recommendation if you want to be awake for a few days. Venti Iced Coffee, 2 sweet n lows, light 2%, and triple shot expresso. Tastes great and you’ll never have to sleep again.

This location has a drive thru and it’s off on the 10FWY! I usually stop by here because it’s on my way to work and convenient. Parking: ample of parking spaces so no need to fight!!! Service: Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great place to get FREE Wi-Fi. There are plenty of tables inside and outside. This place is perfect! Plus there’s snacks & food nearby when you get hungry!
