We had John cook a meal for 10 ppl at a house we rented in the Sonoma area. The food was great. We especially loved the risotto, stuffed chicken, beef tips and berry dessert! We highly recommend having him cook for you.

I have used John at least 6 times to cook at my dinner parties of 10 to 25 people. He is very creative with presentation and a perfectionist in flavorings, both of which I care about. He has created recipes for me, and also taken mine and enhanced them. I will continue to hire John. I get rave reviews from my guests. He is a master.

Outstanding 5 course meal, with a great introduction to how people ate in past. Everything was delicious and unique. The dessert was amazing, the best I can remember eating (don’t be fooled by his modesty).
