I have used First Alarm for the last three years at my business location. I ran into a snag when cancelling my service, but ultimately the president of First Alarm, Dave Hood, called personally and sorted things out. Therefore I am upgrading my rating to three stars. The service worked fine during the contract period, and seemed reliable.
