While I was happy a pei Wei finally opened up the food has been hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes just ok. They’ve yet to get it consistent. Pei weis back east seem to fare better but hoping management gets it right eventually.

I’ve been to this location 6 times since they opened and this past visit was my last visit. I’ve given them far too many chances. I was excited to see them open in Rogers, as I was a frequent Pei Wei customer in the city where I used to live. I’ve had problems here each and every time that I’ve been to this location; either with horrendous service or terrible food. This time it was both. I went in with a rather large family party of 10. Nearly everyone had issues of some sort with their orders, whether it was hard, old rice, cold food or the wrong entrée. The service was atrocious. It started out bad when I tried to purchase gift cards. They said they didn’t have any left!(Turns out that’s a blessing in disguise because I’ll never go back there and I wanted to buy the cards for myself because of the Christmas promotion). We complained to one of the staff members about the rice and he took it back to the counter very angrily and slammed it down on the counter and began ranting to the cooking staff. Unbelievable. We’ve been to Pei Wei all over the country when we were travelling and we’ve never had issues. This location is a disgrace.

Really good and very fresh. Cooked to order! We’ve been working our way through all the newer restaurants. This was our first trip here and we like it. Fast and fresh go a long ways!

Drove here to get sushi. Waited in line behind 12 customers, only one register open to see a small paper sign saying«no sushi» why not post it on the door so we didn’t have to wait? Because they know after waiting that long we would still order something instead of going elsewhere. I ordered spring rolls. They were extremely greasy I had to wash my hands, could not finish eating them.

Only had to go from here. Love their pad Thai, salads and the rice paper rolls. So nice to have a quick & fresh option nearby.

I’ve been here a few times at this location. I’ve been to other Pei Wei’s in a few other states as well. This review is only on this location. PARKING/WAIT/SEATING: They have a large parking lot, so you shouldn’t have a problem with parking, even during peak times. If you come during peak times you might have a wait. Or at least there will be a line. We have come when there is a line, but have been able to find a seat. This location has a lot of seating. CUSTOMERSERVICE: Customer service has always been fine. You order your food and they bring it to you at your table. Overall, been fast and nice. FOOD: Food isn’t amazing, but it is good. Last time we went my husband was not impressed with their pad thai. The few things I have had have been good, but not amazing. My favorite thing I would say is the crab wontons. I love the sauce it comes in. I will come here again, just not on the top of my list.

Was waiting for this place to open for a long time(seems long anyway). Been a number of times. The quality of food to prove is fantastic. Food delicious. Hot. Tasty. Savory. Will be back many more times.

No pork! Epic fail. No cashew chicken. Fried rice that has been sitting in a pot all day not made fresh. A piece of something that was suppose to be chicken and was nothing but gristle and fat. People who don’t know what good Asian food is will love this sorry excuse for a…

So Arkansas I’ve given up on finding good Chinese food here. Pf changs is it. The quality of the Lomein was low … Borderline sad. It was clumped together and just sad. It makes me upset because I have been craving Chinese food and I’m not going to get good Chinese in bella vista and apparently not here either. Padtai was alright but the flavors were off, couldn’t finish a small order which is sad because I love food and HATE wasting it. The staff is very friendly but they don’t know their menu that well. You should have a sit down and let your staff sample the menu so they can explain or describe or recommend whatever to the customers. Overall we won’t be back.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times now. What I like is the ability to order something customized and that it is made-to-order. The prices are on-point. What I do not like: the seating is slightly uncomfortable and the atmosphere is loud and reminiscent of a cafeteria. I will be back, as the food was good– this is an Americanized adaptation of Chinese(this is not a bad thing, just calling it what it is). I usually get the Mongolian Beef. Very crispy and sweet. Good flavor. Try it and see what you think.

Awesome restaurant with great food and atmosphere. My husband and I ate there for the first time last Saturday and will definitely be going back. Tried a little bit of everything and it was all delicious! Shout out to the manager Sarah, she was very nice and you could tell she really cared about the customers. Overall, it was a GREAT experience!

We have eaten here twice. Both eat in and carry out. It is a great alternative to fast food. I think it is pricier than a buffet or Panda Express. But the quality is so much better and not full of MSG. Some of our favorite picks are the Mongolian beef and the sushi as a side.

Pei Wei is my ‘go to’ restaurant when I don’t feel like cooking. Everything is fresh, hot and delicious! Highly recommend their crab wontons or potstickers as a starter. My favorite is Mongolian Beef with white rice. But I also love their Pei Wei spicy chicken or Pad Thai! Im so glad they just opened a restaurant in NWA because I just moved to this region from Texas and I missed it!

The food isn’t bad. I’ve heard the parent company is PF Changs but it didn’t seem quite up to those standards. There is a nice variety and it’s all cooked to order. What I didn’t like is how LOUD it is in the restaurant when busy. You cannot even have a conversation. Definitely works in a pinch

Food is good but slow, slow, slow. Digital menus are cool when they work. Seems like they have trouble keeping up with demand at this new place. Hopefully they figure it out because I like the food and priced right.

We arrived at 8:58pm this Sunday to find an employee locking the door as we were walking up. She made eye contact with us as we strolled up, didn’t say a word and continued locking for the night. Impressive customer service, can’t say I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Great place! Couldn’t wait for it to open! Food is cooked fresh for you. Lots of yummy Asian fusion dishes to chose from. And the portions are plentiful. Actually, this is the lower priced fast service version of PFChangs. So you will find many of the same flavors and dishes! Options are kid friendly too and can be adjusted to your needs(I.e. No carrots in the kids fried rice!). Watch out though! This place is popular! So plan your time accordingly!

Fast casual Asian restaurant with great service and awesome food! Try the sushi– they have a a really good Mango California Roll and a Spicy Tuna Roll. Love that they have different portions for all of their entrees so you can order a smaller size for lunch or the original size if you’re really hungry. They also have a rewards program where you get 10 points for every $ 1 you spend. Once you reach 1,000 points you get a free entrée!

Awesome new Asian fusion restaurant in Rogers at Pinnacle! Delicious! Hot & fresh! Everything served to order & nothing is made up in advance!
