We came here with a group of six for my daughters birthday. We made reservations and they were waiting for us when we arrived. We were given a table all the way in the back, were we had a great view of the kitchen storage, but that is really my only complaint. We told our server that my wife had a shrimp allergy, and the manager came out to speak with us himself about it, and was he was very kind and informative and assured us that there would be no cross contamination. Our server did a great job and the food was very good. We had a lot of food left over, and were too full to even consider desert. We will certainly be back.

Stopped in yesterday and had a holiday dish on the menu, Korean style New York strip the flavor was unbelievable, the cut of meat needed improvement. Stopped in today 11÷28÷15, foods was great. My bill came to 50 dollars, when waiter ran my card and brought back receipt for me to sign Instead of a $ 50 charge it was right at $ 140. If I hadn’t looked at the receipt and just singed it I would’ve been out another $ 90 Always look at your receipt before you sign it

Say it is not so… The last two times here the Kung pao chicken is just strange… chicken is kind of… rubbery? What the heck! Mongolian beef is excellent still. Had a great time sitting at the bar and enjoying life! Great standard place to go! I come here fairly often, and recommend… of course who has not been to one? lol

I was excited about eating at PF Chang until I witness mr bartender-server eating her dinner behind the bar. She never washed her hands before serving my plate. I totally lost my appetite. I have been to many PF Chang’s before and was always impressed with the service.

I used to be a big fan of P.F. Chang’s but am starting to lose my taste for it. Last night’s meal there might be my last. It seems like the portion sizes keep getting smaller, the prices keep getting higher, and the service(which used to be great) just isn’t there. Last night my four person family shared the dinner for 2 and added an extra entrée. The soup my wife and I each had was good(hot & sour for me, egg drop for her) and the chicken lettuce wraps were tasty. However, the portion size of the lettuce wraps was significantly less than what we are used to and they brought us a thimble-full size sauce for them. Whatever happened to the ingredients at the table that allowed you to make and customize your own sauce? They didn’t even have soy sauce on the table and we had to ask two different servers to bring us some. Our entrees were Chang’s spicy chicken(cooked well but only about half of the chicken pieces had been tossed in the sauce), honey chicken(absolutely horrible — rubbery texture and terrible flavor), and Mongolian beef(very good but it would have taken two orders to feed one moderately hungry person). When the bill came they had included the two less expensive entrees in the dinner for 2 and made the most expensive(Mongolian beef — $ 16.50) the a la carte. This wasn’t a big deal but is a little annoying and would cause the prices to come our wrong if you were splitting a check with someone. Because they can never find my rewards information when I give my email address or phone number, I recently printed a card from the website which includes the membership number and QR code for them to scan. I gave this to the waiter with my credit card. When he returned, I asked him if he had used the card and he replied, «oh, no — what is that?» After I told him, he did get the credit for my account. Coincidentally, that visit earned me a free entrée. I’m just not sure I want to go redeem it.

The food here has always been pretty decent. My favorite dish is probably the won ton lettuce wrap appetizers. I havent tried any other foods that are memorable, but the food is alright. It’s a little costly.

When we got to the restaurant, we were so lucky to be seated in Levi’s area. He is an awesome server and we will always ask to be seated in his area in the future. He knows the menu top to bottom, which is really great when it comes to addressing my food allergies. He described everything in detail and made some great recommendations so we could try new items rather than sticking with our regulars. We got the dinner for two which cost $ 39.95, a great deal. Each person gets their own soup. You share an appetizer. Each person orders their own entrée and then they share a dessert. We got the Chicken Lettuce Wraps for the appetizer at Levi’s recommendation. It was phenomenal! There was so much of the chicken. It had some spice to it. The lettuce wedge was fresh and crisp. This could be a dinner all on its own. Each of us got the Wonton Soup, which was out-of-the-box for us. Thanks to Levi for recommending it and describing it in such detail that it made our mouths water. The wontons are made when ordered. The broth is fresh. The shrimp, chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and tofu in it are fresh as well. Oh wow! I won’t ever order Egg Drop Soup again! My boyfriend got the Mongolian Beef. He ordered the fried rice instead of the white rice. The portions were huge. The fried rice had chicken in it as well. The beef used is a flank steak, which is a tough cut of meat. This was not tough at all. It melts in your mouth. I went off my usual and ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and chicken. I was very surprised that I enjoyed the tofu in it so much. It was so good I looked for it! The shrimp and chicken were great but the tofu stole the show. It is spicy but not too spicy. For dessert we shared the chocolate raspberry wontons. These were roll-your-eyes delicious! The wontons were light and filled with a chocolate raspberry cream cheese. Chocolate sauce and raspberry sauce were drizzled over them. Powdered sugar dusted the top and fresh raspberries were on the side. It was attractive and delicious. As a really special gift, we were comped a spicy tuna roll. It was fantastic! I did look around at other people’s food just to get ideas for future visits. There were 2 appetizers that looked really good. One was the fried green beans. It may not sound good but it sure did look good. The plate was piled high. It was served with ranch dressing. The people at the table who ordered it were chomping them down. Another appetizer that looked really good was the spare ribs. It was at the end of their table and it took a lot of restraint and politeness not to snatch one. The restaurant has beautiful décor with high ceilings. The latter does promote high volume in the restaurant which is the only negative I can come up with for this restaurant. There were runners who served the food. There were busboys but all of the servers were busing tables as they walked around. We never had to worry about our water glasses being empty. Sure glad we got there at 5:30, before the dinner rush as it got crowded around 6:00. They do have substitutions that address food allergies, gluten-free requests, and even ones that address fat and sodium intake. I know I have used about every adjective for how fantastic everything was for dinner. However, that’s just the way it is. If you go, ask for Levi. He will make sure your dining experience is superb!

I’ve gone to other PF Chang’s and this one is just OK. While the enviroment is decent and clean, service could be better along with food quality. While our server had a humorous demeanor and chose not to write down our order(something I normally think is pretty impressive how they can remember every little thing) BUT that backfires when they forget and need to visit the table a couple times to clarify asks. My mom had the Waldorf salad which the server strongly recommended. Unfortunately she could not find ANY of the candied walnuts and very little hint of apple pieces. I was disappointed that she was not satisfied with her dish especially since I was treating! We also had to ask our server more than once for an extra cup for tea as well as milk/sugar for the tea. The server also forgot the ice cream on our cake so we had to ask for it again and it was brought to the table seperately. I will most likely stick to PF Changs in other locations.

I have always been happy after eating at P.F.Chang’s and today wasn’t any different. Ordered the chicken and lettuce wraps, ordered a sushi roll and ordered entrees. It was really crowded so we were just going to wait in the bar, buy decided to stay. Great tables by the windows and away from the noisy lunch crowd. David was our waiter and did a great job. Not too much either way. Cudos!!,

This is The Place to go for oriental styled cuisine. Their Chang’s Chicken Noodle Soup is Absolutely To Die For! I have them leave out the mushrooms, and I can safely say that if you are feeling lousy with the flu or cold, that this soup would completely stomp on the traditional Chicken Noodle that you would normally reach for.

Pf’s is a chain, so presumably the food – which isn’t great – is the same at every restaurant. But this evening the food was just down right awful. My meal was inedible because the noodles were not cooked and were rock hard. Add to that, the poor service was so bad and at times just weird, and why I’d never recommend eating here. Our main course took 1 hour to begin arriving. You may wonder what I mean by «begin arriving», so let me just say that each person’s dish came out approx 10 minutes apart — meaning, the last person’s meal arrive 40 minutes after the first person’s meal. The staff should have comped our meals for our main course but instead we received empty apologies.

Love their chicken lettuce wrap — very tasty. But got some eggplant stuff that was bland. Would come back for the lettuce wrap again tho. Great for early dinner after shopping & atmosphere was very lively. Would recommend reservation if you’re going during dinner on a weekend :)

Just like any other PF Chang’s. Consistently good service and asian-inspired foods. Clean atmosphere and great bartender here makes tasty mixed drinks. Lettuce wraps always the go-to option for appetizer. Then the Mongolian beef with brown rice is my favorite entrée. You can’t go wrong here. Whether it’s lunch, dinner, a date, business or casual meeting, this place is tasty and always consistent.

Had another good meal at PF Changs. Service was good, water, drinks, appetizer, and meals were served promptly. We like this chain and do not have one where we live so we try to find one when we can. It is a family favorite. Everything tasted great and was consistent with prior visits regardless of location(Texas, Arkansas, or Missouri) They do change the menu from time to time which causes me to study the menu every now and again.

Been to this location two times and bother times the service was nice. I went through a phase when I was younger where I was obsessed with PF Changs haha. I still like it, but not obsessed. Last time I came here I ordered the spicy tuna appetizer and the vegetarian fried rice — both yummy. For dessert I ordered the chocolate raspberry wontons — very yummy! The time before I had the Chocolate Wall — very yummy and one person can definitely not finish the slice, but if you can then kudos to you haha.

My review is about this particular P. F Chang’s restaurant. It’s a chain, so presumably the food – which isn’t great – is the same at every restaurant. But the service here was so bad and at times just weird, and why I’d never recommend eating here. We went in around noon on a Saturday, so it was crowded. Gathered at the reception desk were about a half dozen hostesses talking to each other and texting on their phones. When I told one host that I’d like a table for two, he repeated my words, then walked away – just disappeared into the back. One of the hostesses took over, laughed and said, «He had something he had to do». We then waited for about 10 minutes until a table opened up – at which point the hostesses started debating among themselves who should take us to our table. They never actually acknowledged us, just the problem of who would have to seat us. It’s as though we weren’t there. Finally one hostess took us to our table, asked a few questions, then offered us chopsticks. Okay, so maybe it’s because we were in the midwest, or because P.F. Chang’s isn’t so much Asian as ‘Asian-themed,’ but she offered us the chopsticks in an ornate wooden box, as though offering us illicit Cuban cigars. Perhaps chopsticks are strange and wonderful in Rogers, AR. Our waiter was good. If the hostesses were more like him, this wouldn’t be a bad place to eat from time to time. He was friendly without being sycophantic, and attentive without being intrusive. Nice guy whom we tipped well since he pretty much saved what started off as an awful experience. We won’t be going back. If you’re looking for real Asian food, just drive a little farther into Fayetteville. Good places there. Don’t worry about not giving P.F. Chang’s your business. They won’t notice if you’re there, and they won’t notice if you’re not.
