No greeting when you come in. Sample cups are something you need to ask for and food luck if they hear you, as the kids working there are on their phone. Too busy for customers. Never again.

The place was a mess and had a lack of toppings and no employees to be seen. Until you look in the back where they’re on their phones and giving each other piggy back rides. Good yogurt, terrible customer service.

Tasty yogurt! An abundance of toppings and sauces — try the Lemon Zest over Tart flavored yogurt. Friendly staff, colorful décor.

Went in tonight for spirit night with my kids. No one was at the front desk to greet us. All the kids got their yogurt and after standing at the register for almost 5 mins someone comes out. She then proceeded to the back again and stayed back there the entire we were there. Mind you we were there for almost 20 mins. Not happy at all!!!

Back to Yogurtland we go! We tried this place because we didn’t feel like driving out to Firewheel but I will never make that mistake again. Not very clean and hardly any flavors to choose from.

So disappointed! This used to be my favorite stop when I left Dallas for my home in east TX. No more. Was very disappointed to see the dearth of fruits available, and the only nut choice was crushed peanuts. The sole employee could hardly be bothered to come out of the back room to help me, but when her friends came in she spent a good fifteen minutes chatting as though she had nothing else to do. Next time I’ll wait and visit the Sulphur Springs store instead of coming back here. :-(

pro: have 4 sizes to choose from instead of 2, lots of flavors, and toasted coconut. cons: the almonds were practically powdered, some of the toppings are in huge chunks– not bite size at all. it’s a christian environment aimed towards kids, and i waited at the cash register for 10 minutes for someone to ring me up(they were playing around in the back and not paying attention).

Best froyo in town, hands down… Always a great selection(including toppings), with exciting seasonal flavors. Excellent quality every single time. Nice atmosphere for families. Lots of stores around the corner to walk through. My only complaint would be the kids working the register; they can be kind of clueless about the daily promotions — however the manager is very good at handling any issues. Wouldn’t get my yogurt any place else!

We have enjoyed the yogurt here but today was different. When we entered, the young guy working there had the music very loud. We tried to enjoy the yogurt but it was way loud. Two other couples came and sat for just a minute and left. We were right behind them. I mentioned the loudness to the kid, he just gave me a dirty look. To sum it up a great product ruined by a bad empoyee

It’s tasty and has a lot of variety. There’s nothing really wrong with this place, but I can’t say that it is set apart from any other frozen yogurt place I’ve been to. If you’re around and want some delish dessert, this is a good place to go. Not a lot of seating on the inside and gets crowded easily.

All I can say about this place is Yummy! Great premium yogurt and a vast array of toppings at a great price. Quality is consistent every time I visit and the staff is friendly.
