Today’s mattress delivery to our home was our fourth experience purchasing a mattress from Mattress Experts in Rockwall, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We purchased our first king mattress from Van and Brian 10 years ago, then a full size for our guest room, then one for our daughter when she moved to her new apartment, then today we replaced our original king.
This mattress is simply amazing! I may not get out of bed ever! Firm support with a cloud topping… fills in all the natural spaces in your body but is cool and supportive! This time we purchased a Dunlopillo Retreat, and it feels like a luxury hotel mattress. This store is family owned ~ zero sales pressure, but Van knows his stuff, and we always feel comfortable with his recommendations. Delivery was exactly on time, and we are so very happy we drove across the lake from Plano to purchase from Mattress Experts! Do yourself a favor — check it out!

This was the best, easiest and no pressure purchase we ever made. If there were more stars to choose I would still give them all to Mattress Experts!!! Brian is very knowledgable about his product and not your typical salesperson. He answered all of our questions and explained the difference between the various mattresses that Mattress Experts had on the floor and just from listening to our wants and needs helped us make a decision on the correct bed for us. AND WE COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WITH OUR NEW BED!!! 100% customer oriented and to top it off it was delivered the day he said it would be. No muss, no fuss. I highly recommend that you use Mattress Experts for your next bed purchase. I haven’t slept this good in years.

As a small business owner I am always looking to shop small. They are very customer oriented and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
I purchased a memory foam mattress and after 2 nights my wife was ready to return it. The salesman took 20 minutes to discuss the mattress and how memory foam works and after 5 more nights she loves it. Great prices, the salesman knows his business and free delivery is a plus. We have purchased 2 mattresses from Mattress Experts and will do business with them in the future as well as refer others.

We have had our new king size furniture and mattress set for about 5 days now and we Love It! I was recommended here by my brother and the guys at Mattress Experts did not let me down. Everything from ordering to delivery was top notch. Keep up the good work!

Anytime I can find a locally owned business that provides good service and customer care, I will die by them from that point on. This is one of those places.
I avoid the big chains and box stores whenever possible, especially if a local business can be utilized. And every once in awhile you find a locally owned business that leaves those big chain stores in the dust in regards to customer service, expertise, quality and price. Van Harris and Bryan are exceptional when it comes to taking care of customers, and I can’t say enough thanks for the help they gave us this weekend when we purchased two mattresses. They make Mattress Experts one those locally owned businesses we all need to support. They did everything they could to make us happy, to include making two separate deliveries and an exchange. Trust me, it is worth the trip to see them, they are wonderful.
