You people need to relax. It’s a Papa Johns not the Four Seasons. I’ve never had any problems with this place. I always order delivery and it always hot, fresh, and delivered fast! In fact, it’s delivered so hot and fast, the pizza is usually too hot for me to shove in my mouth! I actually have to wait 5 – 10 minutes until I can eat my zza!

So I’ve heard stories about missing pieces from delivered pies, but actually witnessed one this afternoon. A girl was in the store pointing at her disheveled pie, complaining that not only was it spread out in the box(it was cut into squares), when you put it together, it had a piece missing from it. The front counter worker confronted the delivery driver who shrugged and said, «it must have happened in the elevator.» Of course, it happened in the elevator, lady– you scarfed a slice in the elevator where no one could see! What about the fact that the workers in the back do not wear gloves and the front counter worker who was covered in dough, handled cash and cards from customers, then went back to making pies without washing his hands? Disgusting.

Terrible terrible, I don’t know where they find their employees, there was a guy a manager always made sure everything is taken care of, so I called today and manager name Tierra answers, rude, fast speaking mumbling with poor vocabulary. Giving attitude, bad customer service

Staff is all over the place, not attentive at all. Knots were overcooked /burnt. As much as I love PJ’s this location does not seem to be up to par. :(

Pappa John’s delivers! Multiple times for me. Found my favorite, a 14″ flat dish with my favorite toppings. A good pizza and delivered on time. It helps with delivery to live close to their store. Have a $ 2.00 delivery fee, reasonable when tired, don’t feel like fighting traffic. Also discovered asking for less cheese. Ordering less cheese still provides a fair amount. The flavor of your toppings and crust stand out a bit more. So far so good! Good pizza, delivered on time.

Woahhhh… why the hate? WHENEVER I come here, the people are ONPOINT. They always make friendly convo with me, and my pizzas are always shown to me before paying to make sure everything is A-OK. I appreciate the extra bit of kindness, and I always love a decent pie! LOVE you PAPA!

I was surprized how small the pizzas were, even though I got the largest available. The pizza was fine but I’ve had better. Delivery was on-time.

Pizza wasn’t bad. I appreciate the fact they deliver so late at night. The delivery man was pretty late in delivering the fiod though.

Made the pizza wrong. Tried to talk me into keeping the wrong pizza. Gave up on making me keep that pizza and refused to deliver the correct pizza because we’re 3 minutes out of their delivery area. Bottom line… PJ made a mistake and made it my problem.

Not just this location but PJ’s pizza is a joke. i mean you make a pizza and then give butter/garlic sauce to dip your pizza in? seriously!!! and forget about getting any toppings. you’ll literally get like 6 pieces of finely sliced toppings of however many toppings. stay away from the entire franchise!

Holy god! Avoid this place at all costs! I actually enjoyed Papa John’s pizzas until I went to this location. First, the guy at the register ignored my partner for a few minutes while slapping his keyboard. That should have been the first sign. When some eye contact was finally made, my partner ordered our pizza, all the while noticing the flour and dough all over the guy. I figured it wasn’t his fault that he was pulling double duty, so I went with it anyway. We then went back to our car to wait. What happened next is a big fat no no in the world of restaurants(well, when I go to restaurants anyway): Mr. Double Duty Cashier comes out and smokes a cigarette. In the front of the restaurant. Mind you, this guy was making pizzas. Also, I hate to say it, but he didn’t exactly look like a hand washer. He was unkempt, wild facial hair, saggy pants, and just overall unprofessional. I don’t need my pizza guys wearing three-piece suits, but this guy was ridiculous. Needless to say this crap totally turned my partner and I off, so we went back in to get a refund before the pizza was cooked by Mr. DDC. At that point Mr. DDC get’s rude and asks«For WHAT?!?». The«refund» was processed by another associate. It has been two weeks and still no refund from them. This place is a major crap chute. We left and went to CiCi’s, where we were greeted with a smile and a «thank you» when we left. The pizza was also cheaper and well made at Cici’s. Papa John’s will never see me again. Even if they were the last place on earth. I’d rather eat my sneakers than pay to be treated like crap by a dirty ignorant associate. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
