Worst ever. Negative stars. Don’t come here unless you want russian roulette played with your clothes.
Ruined my $ 50 skirt and wouldn’t fix it. Snags all over the item, white patches left on from ironing… They used these huge safety pins on the skirt to hold it on the hanger and it left holes. They even stapled… yes STAPLED paper 2x into the garment tag. These cant be removed unless you rip off the entire tag. To top it off, the skirt looks dirtier than when I took it in. Item will have to be tossed.
Not to mention the people running it are over the top rude and nasty. When I tried to inquire on what happened to my item the guy started yelling at me saying «I’m not here to listen to your crap!!» Like whoa.
How a business can give this kind of «service» and get away with it beats me. May this sorry place meet its end in bankruptcy.

If I could give them a negative 3 stars I would. My shirts have creases in places they shouldn’t and no creases where they should. I will never use them again.

I used this place a lot since it is close to the metro and I can go after work. I will never go again. I don’t think they actually clean the clothes. They seem to just iron them because I get them back as dirty as before.

I took my clothes here for years, but recently, the quality has been poor. For instance, they started pressing creases into slacks and shirts in places they didn’t belong. The last time, 2 of my husband’s white shirts came back dingy-​looking and with several unnecessary creases pressed into them. When I discovered the problem when I got home and called to complain, they asked to be given another chance. However, I would have had to drive back to their location with the shirts immediately, and I couldn’t do that at the time. I’m trying to decide whether or not to give them another chance as they are conveniently located on my way home from work and their prices are good. Hmm…

Argghh! So sad, I took a batch of clothes here last week and they ruined my pants!
Now I’m sure the ladies out there can agree with me that loosing a favorite pair of pants is a true tragedy! Its not just the cost of the pants but the time I spent looking for those pants and the hemming and the «breaking in» of said pants. So you can see why I’m so sad.
I won’t be going back, which sucks since this place is soooo convenient.
