Subway

Wouldn’t normally bother to rate a Subway. Typically you know what you are going to get and don’t expect much, but came to this one due to being in the area and owner assisted me, friendly and helpful and blonde wavy hair girl finished transaction and was very bubbly/​complimentary/​friendly. Unusually good customer service for a Subway so thank you!

I’ve never had a problem with this place. They’re always really nice and don’t mess up our order. It’s in a pretty good location right near the Taco Bell. Customer service is good too and they have super cool Star Wars cups!!!

I always come here because i work near by and thy are always super nice! Prices are bit higher than they have ever been before– but I understand it’s a chain thing.
The older lady who works here is always nice and professional.
This location is always busy and they get everyone in and out pretty fast ;)

Been to this location multiple times, and the Indian woman who I believe may be the owner is always rude and condescending. Not the best service or sandwich

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the attitude I got from the young girl working making my sandwich was like she wants to be fired. I even tried to call and complain but there was no manager in the facility? Weird. Never coming back I hope upper management figures out there problems

I like this Subway because the customer service is terrific. Didn’t catch his name but there is a pleasant gentleman with accent who is very nice! He is always friendly, talks about current events around the area and makes a great breakfast sandwich. I usually do the flat bread and at this location, it’s always fresh! I enjoy going to this Subway. He has been there the last 3 times and when I see that he’s working, I know that my sandwich will be good!

Today, I had to stop in to use the restroom (my husband and son were playing in the park next door), I said hello and apologized when I first walked in and left quickly… Upon thanking the man working on the way out, he said «F**k Off» clear as day. Needless to say, My family will never purchase a sandwich from this location again.

I’ve been here a handful of times, and the food is what it is, pretty decent. Usually there is a gentleman behind the counter with a lovely accent who is polite in the extreme, but today when I went in there was a young lady who really left much to be desired in the customer service department. No hello, no small talk, no smile, ok fine, I can live with that. Overhearing her tell the person running the register to charge me for extras that I didn’t order while I was standing right there was enough to guarantee I will not be back any time soon.

I’ve been here a few times and have never seen more than three or four people in there at once. The staff does not greet you when you enter and, while they are friendly, they do not seem very happy to be working. Because there is never a line I am usually in and out in a good amount of time. There is plenty of parking and the store is clean (probably because there is no one in there to make a mess).
The food is usually fully stocked. However, when I was in there yesterday I noticed the food must have been sitting there for awhile because the top of the lettuce was turning brown. Gross. Also, the young man that helped me gave me everything I asked for on my sandwich, but just threw them on there rather than spread them out evenly. The chicken was just dropped on so not every bite had meat.
I would recommend visiting another Subway location.

On the hunt for Christmas lights we stopped in here last night for a quick bite but should have kept looking…
The public use bathroom was dirty and made me feel like I needed to get dipped in bleach and the younger female employee made me feel like I was bothering her by ordering a sandwich. Much better locations than this one!
