This my favorite place for fast food in Rocklin. I mean, sure, the burgers look strange sometimes, but it satisfies my food hole either way. They’re also much quicker in service than most of the other Carl’s around.

Late evening had us grabbing a burger at this place. It was the worst. We both got the $ 6 burger and the patty must have been cooked hard, early in the morning. I knew I should have gone to Wendy’s but they don’t have onion rings, and that’s my husband’s fav. Even the zucchini and O rings had a bitter flavor. Just Bleck. And lastly, they forgot part of our order. My husband never will get his pick of fast food again!!! No onion rings for you!!!

This Carls Jr location is sadly going downhill. Today’s cashier didn’t seem to know how to figure out coupons for a group ahead of me. People behind me left and I was debating leaving too. Was he new,?, I don’t know. Thank goodness another cashier jumped in to help me and get the line caught up. Now he is loudly joking with staff in the back. This used to be my go to Carl’s. Now, I just don’t know.

Very good food but horrible service. There was a older man in front of me and asked if they charged for mustard and the lady just starts laughing at him and tells her co worker behind her«this man is so stupid of course you don’t have to pay for it». And I went a week later and was going to the bathroom and a worker was going number 2 and walks out without washing his hands.

Had a great experience here tonight with my son. Eric showed us a great attitude and excellent customer service. He was really cool and we appreciated that! Keep up the great work Eric! Thank you

I really wished I would have thought to take a picture of the sandwich I got this evening. I ordered one of their premium sandwiches, a half pound El Diablo, and when I got it home, it looked like someone had dropped the thing on the floor. The patty was dry, and broken into 3 pieces. The top bun and the bottom bun were smashed flat, and the burger even had a wrong ingredient, the funny thing was that was the only good part. The lone mushroom that was on the sandwich that shouldn’t have been there. I called the store to complain and was offered a shake for my troubles. They didn’t even offer to replace the sandwich I will no longer be going to this Carl’s Jr. End of rant

The manager, Jon is A#1& so is any operation he runs. I live by the Carl’s that he formerly managed & I’ve witnessed customers asking superiors to bring him back.(No reflection on the new manager). I sometimes drive many miles out of my way just to visit him & his fine establishment.

People need to chill. You can’t expect t things for granted, you’ve got to earn what you deserve. It’s basic equivalent exchange. Anyways the service may be a tad slow, but the employees at Carl’s Jr. are awesome. Or maybe I actually talk to them bc the service food handling industry is challenging whether it’s a fast food joint ir restaurant. Although this place does have some flaws, I’m trying yo balance it’s reviews for what it should deserve, a high 4. Please be polite to others, and especially those who handle your food.

It’s Carls. My folks seem to LOVE fast food. I try to stick to their chicken street tacos, which are surprisingly ok. I HATE they changed their famous BBQ sauce. It tastes like a weird ketchup now. Very sad. The BBQ sauce used to be the best. Thanks corporate!

This Carl’s never let’s me down like another location did. I always stop by after work and order my favorite double western bacon cheeseburger. Only thing I would change is the watered down drinks at the fountain.

Cherry Coke was out. My big carl had brown lettuce on it and like half a p piece of cheese when its supposed to come with 2. The only thing that was good out of the whole thing with the fries because they were fresh. Hopefully next time things are better.

Good place. Service has always been good. The drive through moves pretty quick. My order has been right the times I have went. The menu always has something new on it or some kind of deal or promotion going. Food preperation and freshness has been good.

Let’s just say the food was ok but as a dine in customer and asking my for an exact number of ketchup packets is bullshit and really come on that’s tacky i am a paying customer. Most likely will not go back because it is nothing special and the customer service is lack luster from the start. Don’t waste your time with this place.

I like their tacos here better than at Jack in the box’s. They are crispier. But… I know you guys work at a drive thru late at night and don’t really care. But can you put the taco in the bag a little nicer? I open the bag and the taco is out of the sleeve with all the lettuce on the bottom of the bag! Smh

Nice comfortable Carl’s Jr./Green Burritto. Went for the street tacos, chicken, and the 2 crispy tacos. I am on the fence if I like these 2 for a $ 1 tacos better than Jack’s. For a buck, ya’ can’t expect much, and that is what you get. But, that ain’t a bad thing. Street tacos are tasty, especially with extra onions & cilantro. Grub Out!

I gave this Carls Jr. 2 stars just for their incredible customer service. Every time I go here they are very polite and friendly. My gripe is with the quality of the food. It has been horrible. My last burger looked like it fell apart in the char grill then they scraped up the pieces and put it in a bun. My crisscut fries were half full and cold. I ordered the steakhouse burger and it was smooshed and pathetic. Every time I order a western it has almost no bbq sauce. I have to order it with extra bbq sauce and ask for even more at the window just to get what should be standard. Back in the day I worked at a Carls Jr in Folsom for 2 years… we didn’t make food like this. I love Carls Jr. but not if I’m going to continue being served this garbage.

Awesome customer service here. Food is what it is, its fast food. The Green burrito side of the menu i ate once and probably would not again. Ill stick to the traditional burger and fries from here. 4 stars is for the customer service.

I’m giving this one a 5. No, it is not a traditional 5-star restaurant. But, in it’s realm of fast-food places, this one is the tops in my area. The staff there is ALWAYS nice. And this place is CLEAN! Compare it to the other CJ on Stanford Ranch. You’ll find it worlds apart. Please, thank you, thanks for coming, good to see you, etc… The food is prepared quickly for both dine-in and drive-through. And it seems that the food here is fresher than the other local CJ’s. The variety of food is good, the people are nice, and the service is far better than any MCD’s or JiB in this area. It is what it is, and it gets a 5!

Yep, I can’t believe I’m reviewing a fast food establishment. But I am. I am because I am so used to the people working there not giving an «F» about food that I thought it would be right to let people know that the cashier and the kid in the back cooking did a wonderful job preparing and serving us Carls Jr. food. No one was in there but us. After me and my gal ordered our cashier told us we are in luck because whoever was cooking the food in the back was the best cook they had. Are you kidding me? At a fast food place someone says something like that? Anyways, it actually was pretty darn good, and this from someone who has swore off of CJ’s for years until now.

I was SO glad when this new Carl’s Jr. opened up… the other one on Sierra College had an employee with major customer service issues, so it was nice to say goodbye to that one! This Carl’s Jr. is located right off Hwy 65 and Blue Oaks, next to Chevys and Mel’s Diner. They have awesome customer service and their crunchy beef tacos and low carb burgers are consistently fresh, tasty and seemingly almost too-good-to-be-fast-food! Another plus is the dining room and bathrooms are clean, clean, CLEAN! For a fast food establishment, this one’s pretty awesome and I can’t think of any reasons to deduct a star… so 5 stars it is.
