Park point’s manager is a mouth breather that doesn’t know the difference between yiffin and trippin. Dong inhalement at full speed CHOOCHOO

Apartments here are very nice, nice having on site security and maintenance. Access to the pool, hot tub and grilling area is great! Fitness room is spacious but still busy. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, close to RIT too! Only downfall is the parking, when there are any sort of events don’t leave!

I lived at Park Point for the first year it was around. I understand that management has since changed and all I can say is GOOD. When I lived there the apartment office staff had been rude to me on several occasions, the walls(I lived in the 300 bulding) were paper thin, fire alarms were a nightmare, and the furniture which came with the«fully furnished» apartments was cheap at best, and super uncomfortable at worst. When I moved in there were dead leaves and dirt in my bath tub. Maintenance was slow to respond and rarely solved prpblems in one visit. On the bright side, my apartment came with a washer and dryer that usually worked, the security(and security guards) was wonderful, and the convenience of location to lovin cup, b&n, and the hair salon that used to be there was obviously unparalleled. Still, under the management when I lived there, I wouldn’t recommend Park Point to anyone. I’ve heard the conditions have improved, and I hope that’s true, because I can’t see how they could have gotten worse, especially considering the high rent.

Overall, I’m very happy with Park Point having spent about a year living there either as a sublease or with my own apartment. Pros: the application process is simple, and standard utilities are included. The leasing staffing are exceptionally nice. All my interactions with the security and maintenance staff have been positive as well. The apartments are very modern and well-built. The clubhouse and fitness center are pretty nice. There are no pets. Each apartment has its own washer/dryer, and Barnes & Noble along with several restaurants are very close by. Cons: a lot of the negatives are probably common to most apartment complexes. The floors are not soundproof, and lease terms are always around a year. If you live in Simone Square, it may be hard to completely avoid people smoking as you enter and exit the buildings. There is a railroad crossing nearby, so you’ll want to consider whether your unit is at a comfortable distance from the tracks.
