never had such a bad meal and service
asked for bacon crisp it was nothing put limp fat. toast for my wife was just warm bread and by the time she got buttur for her pancakes they were cold.
her homefries were uneatable
had to send my 1st meal back and order something else everything was soaking in grease.
the manager said they were just a diner and everthing was cooked in margerine. with that attidude
they will never be a restarunt. OH and my toast i never got
WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Went at 630 pm new years eve ordered a grand slam. The eggs were the bomb but the rest was just awful. 2 very scrawny pieces of bacon and burnt hash browns. The pancakes would have been ok but by the time I got another butter they were stone cold. I asked for toast to replace my burnt hash browns and they forgot to make them so finally they were toasted for about 20 seconds and slap some butter on them — wow that was some awesome toast – NOT!!! OK so terrible dinner but happy new year!!!

We love Denny’s!!! You can’t find a place that serves consistently delicious breakfast food for such a cheap price.
Got the usual eggs, turkey bacon, and pancakes with a side of whipped cream
and butter. Breakfast heaven.
The service here is truly great. Our waitress Sue was so genuinely sweet — it was so busy and she was still so attentive!

We went Sunday around 11. There were probably 10 – 15 people waiting near the entrance a head of us to be seated. It took maybe 15 minutes which wasn’t bad.
I got the double cheese burger and fries which was more than enough to fill me up. I got a side of buffalo sauce which was a great compliment to the burger and fries.
Very friendly staff. They worked hard to accommodate the full dining room.
Good experience. I may eat there again

Terrible service, Briana was our waitress, she had no idea what she was doing, got both mine & my boyfriends orders wrong & didn’t even know the menu, when I ordered my drink she said they didn’t have those … Highly recommend u stay away from there.

This Denny’s hasn’t disappointed yet. The service has always been good, however the wait can be long at times once your food order is in. There also hasn’t been any issues of getting a table, as I always seem to be seated almost instantly.

5 stars for everything — food, service, ambiance, music and last but not least, 24-​hr open.
Its my stop when I am bored at the night and have got nothing to do. Sit there and have coffee. Very nice experience.

A stop at Denny’s usually provides a pretty dependable meal. Sadly, our meal at the Henrietta diner, left a bit to be desired. Our coffee had a bitter taste to it, and even after our waitress made us a fresh pot, it was lacking. I suspect the coffee machine requires a good cleaning. Unfortunately, our meals were pretty mediocre. Not up to the usual Denny’s standards at all. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant, but the kitchen let her down on this visit. We’ll return, because Denny’s is usually a good bet for a decent meal, they just fell short on this visit.

This Denny’s food is 10 0000x better than the one by my house in Connecticut. Their staff is so-​so. Sometimes you will get someone nice and friendly and sometimes you get someone who sounds like they don’t care about anyone but themselves. That’s the only reason why I gave them 4 stars. I actually really love the food there because the one by me cooks you poop.

I guess that server does not work there, for which I say good riddance! I was skeptical about coming back again, but due to my college budget and my sporadicly huge appetite, I’ve managed to come back twice with friends.

There is a special reason this place gets 5 stars and it ain’t the food (which was semi-​decent). This was one of the only places to hang out in Rochester while I was under the age of 18. My friends and I used to sit around, drinking coffee and poke fun at everyone in our highschool while chainsmoking. I once paid for a $ 35 dollar meal in change here; our waiter was not upset at all, which was awesome. We gave him a ten dollar tip… in nickels.
