I stayed in the guest apartments at the Charter House on the 4th floor while my fiancé was in short-​term rehab on the 3rd floor. The staff is incredibly friendly, there is a convenient store on the 1st floor, full kitchens, and the price is right.
The only thing I would say is that they are doing some remodeling, which is great but can be a bit loud starting at 8am. Also, the windows in bedroom don’t have blackout shades, so it tends to be bright while you’re sleeping.
