Solid pizza with no frills atmosphere. Self serve with nice staff. Great place for a quick bite.

Stopped in late one night. Maybe around 830pm. Two staff members behind the counter– extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. Cams never disappoints.

I used to frequent the Cam’s in Spencerport for many years and I loved a few of their various dishes back then. However, I’ve never been a fan of their pizza(ironic since it is their main draw). Like the others, this location’s pizza is no better. It is average at best and better quality pizza can be found elsewhere.

2 girls(probably 17 – 20) at the counter and neither greeted me when I walked in(I was the only person there). The pizza is good but priced high compared to other places who charge the same and offer larger slices. I might go back because convenience but I’m not fond of this place

I’ve ordered here a few times for a work lunch, and it’s good, however I think there are other pizza places that I would pick over Cam’s. Pizza is good, Cam’s is good, but i prefer others.

I consider myself to be a pizza snob. Not a mega pizza snob, but 6 years of living in Brooklyn gives you a particular taste for pizza that I’ve struggled to find in Rochester. But Cam’s is great! Although their specialty pies can be on the pricier side, I’ve been very happy with all the pizzas we’ve ordered from here. Also, yay delivery! One Saturday, I was in the office(boo!) and a co-worker and I ordered from the Mount Hope location and they were happy to deliver to us downtown(the East Ave location gave me a hard time). She loved the pizza so much, she housed 3 pieces and then demanded I provide the phone number so our office could make Cam’s a staple.

Don’t ever order breakfast pizza from them!!! We have been stiffed TWICE for a breakfast pizza for a morning meeting. After the first time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now, unfortunately, have learned my lesson. Good reviews travels fast but bad reviews travel even faster… don’t do it! Especially if you work for the UR!

My wife ordered pizza for her staff from the Mt. Hope shop. She ordered a couple specialty pizzas and one of them cam with a little something extra. A BOLT! I have enclosed a picture. She emailed and called the shop but not one apology from the sore!

I went to the pizzeria to meet a friend that sometimes works there. The space is nice and open, and clean, and the service is friendly. I found the way they’re set up a bit confusing to start with, though. They have an area that displays all the available pizzas to buy by the slice, and next to it is the checkout area, but the checkout area is at the entrance, so we thought we were supposed to pay first! The employees were accommodating and we were able to order what we wanted. I guess once you get it, it’s pretty simple, but I don’t think clearly when I’m hungry. I ordered a slice of the sweet and tangy chicken with bacon, and it was a delicious combination! The sauce, bacon, and chicken really worked together in this slice. I felt it needed some spiciness, but that’s my personal preference, so I added some red pepper flakes. I really liked the fact that they use pieces of bacon rather than bacon powder other pizzerias use! It actually tasted like bacon, and it was crispy! The crust was not much to write about, it was thin, and not raw, so I guess that’s a plus. All in all, it was an OK slice of pizza, in a nice, clean friendly place. If I worked nearby, I might visit it more often, but I work rather far from this location, and if I am in that area I am getting me some Lebanese, or Ethiopian!

I grew up and moved here from the Tri state area. I grew up with real ny style pizza, and real Philly cheese steaks. This pizza is the closest thing to New York style you will get anywhere around here. Very good.

Decent pizza for western NY; pizzas could be thinner and have more sauce. Higher prices than other places nearby.

Great pizza with tons of toppings at a good price. Their canolis are quite good. Took away one star because employees seemed disinterested in customers.

Good Pizza. I had Cam’s favorite, which was double cheese, pep, sausage and mushrooms. It was loaded with ingredients and very tasty. The dough is relatively thin and tastes something like french bread, so I enjoyed even eating the crust. I’ll def go back when I need a pie on the way home. My pizza didn’t have sauce, so I can’t comment on it. The specialty pizzas are very atypical — like a salad pizza, so I will probably order combos that I know in the future. Slices also available. They made me a pie while I waited. Service was friendly.
